AI summary
Lets you design your own limited-scope magic spells — small elemental effects, minor healing, temporary buffs and debuffs — and cast them as often as you like, including "Meta" cantrips that modify your other cantrips. You may act as a Warlock-style Patron, granting cantrips to others under conditions you set, gaining influence over their behaviour, emotions, memories and bodies in proportion to how many you have given them, and a coven who can pool their casting to upscale the magic. Optionally you also receive free housing (by default a Gothic mansion or castle full of secrets), a self-maintaining hearse, and income enough for the whole coven to live without working.

Description
On drinking the murky fluid in this elaborate and Gothic smoky glass bottle, you find it to taste of morbid humor and teen edginess with a subtle aftertaste of cringe.
Effects
20You may now design simple magic spells that have a limited scope which you may freely use as often as you like.
Examples include, but are not limited to generating and manipulating small amounts of the classical elements, healing small amounts of a targets health, becoming better or making someone worse at something temporarily, simple or small illusions, or even small scale alterations to reality like repairing/destroying something or similar.
As these are just examples, to clarify the inevitable questions as long as you could conceivably call it a Cantrip or Invocation, it’s something you can make.
Optionally, you may serve as a Patron in the Warlock sense by allowing others how to use one or more of your Cantrips, and may add restrictions like needing to perform a ritual you design, having limited amounts of use per time period or even follow a Pact of your choosing which can alter their behaviors and remove their access to the Cantrip if broken.
If you do share it out, it is possible for a group that individually possesses a particular Cantrip to use collaborative casting to upscale the magic and make it more effective in certain ways so long as the basic effects are followed.
You may also create “Meta” Cantrips that passively allow the modification of other Cantrips, like an Elemental Blessing that grants Resistance to that Element and greater ability to generate and manipulate it.
The more Cantrips you give an individual, the more influence you can have over their behavior, emotions, memories, relationships and even bodies.
Optionally, you may start off with such a Coven of magic users whose exact numbers and biographical details are up to you, though by default they are either a group of Goths or Wiccans who’ve latched onto you as an escape from dreary mundanity.
Optionally, you can have housing, transportation and income provided for you free of charge or upkeep, with the latter never being questioned.
The default housing comes in the form of a large Gothic themed mansion or isolated castle with grounds, though if you desire something else it can be accommodated. Either way comes with plenty of hidden secrets, like secret passages and such.
It is fully furnished, meaning it can possess extremely high quality and slightly supernatural versions of just about any household goods. Food, clothing, sanitary goods, cosmetics, jewelry, artwork and money… anything you could expect to find in a house, you can have.
It also restocks itself, cleans and repairs itself and can do other minor chores like gardening or cooking if desired.
The default transportation is a surprisingly fast and stealthy hearse which refuels itself constantly and repairs itself whenever parked in an unobserved location.
Alternatively this can come in other forms such as a pale warhorse or something else fitting for the setting if desired.
The income is enough to be considered comfortably wealthy by the standards of the setting, allowing the entire Coven to go without jobs for their entire lives if necessary.
All taxes are automatically paid out to the necessary individuals in such a way that they are extremely unlikely to ever bother you about you income sources, and this will not effect how much money you have access to.
Finally you may take a one way trip to medieval or renaissance themed world, though one which doesn’t have the actual aesthetic downsides of the actual medieval or renaissance era’s like lacking sanitation, plagues, extreme poverty, famines, poor quality goods and all powerful religious groups hunting down those like you. Alternatively you could go to a more modern urban fantasy world instead.
The exact details are up to you, from population demographics, cultural idiosyncrasies, natural resources, historiography and geopolitical concerns.
If you have chosen to take a Coven, it is up to you if they are locals or from your original world, having chosen to leave it behind to follow you.
Whatever you choose however, your Essence will be the first truly supernatural power solely in the hands of humanity, and will be enough to reach parity with any other supernatural powers that might exist in the hands of those whom are not human.
