AI summary
Lets you deny anything and everything you choose — powers, abilities, phenomena, events, aspects of reality, facts, even existences themselves — making Denial an ultimate destructive and erasing force. You can strip an enemy of the ability that is irritating you or deny their existence outright, and you can undo your own Denials by denying them in turn. The author notes it was written as a thinly veiled criticism of humanity's habit of denying facts it dislikes.

Description
The greatest power of Humanity: to deny aspects of reality and facts they don't like.
Effects
4Denying anything and everything you desire. Powers, abilities, phenomenon, events, aspects of reality, facts, even existences. The power of 'Denial' is the ultimate destructive force as it is erasure, destruction, nullification and negation and reversal/undoing all in one. Its effects will happen as desired or imagined, so you can Deny wounds and they vanish, Deny events and the world changes because that event never happened so subsequent events will also be changed via butterfly effect - the changes being greater depending on how back into the past that the event was and how influential on the current world.
Maybe that annoying ability an enemy has is grating your nerves? Deny them their ability to use it, or just Deny the existence of the enemy altogether and erase them. You can reverse your Denials by Denying them, because someone who takes this Essence isn't someone who I expect to take responsibility for their actions and live with the consequences.
Note: if it wasn't obvious by now then this Essence was made to be a thinly veiled criticism of humanity's ability and predisposition for denying facts and aspects of life that they don't like so that they can choose to believe a more convenient or comfortable 'truth', ones better suited to their individual views of what the world should be or is like. Who knows? Maybe whatever it is that you're denying doesn't actually exist or didn't happen and you're making it up in your head to justify something? "It wasn't my fault, it was someone else being [—]ist or [—]phobic"! Really? Or are you choosing to see it that way to spare your own feelings and justify how nothing that goes wrong in life was a result of your own making?
Either way, enjoy the power granted…
