Predation: it's a part of nature!

• You can consume/absorb anything you can conceive into yourself, into your body, mind and soul.

• Consumption/Absorption can't be blocked and is instant.

• One of three things occurs after absorption: Integration, Subordination or Incarceration. You're the one that chooses what happens.

• Integration: After absorption, the entity/item within you is broken down and assimilated into yourself, their physical capabilities and properties being added to yours, their minds and souls broken down and used to bolster your own, any energies they had compound and increase your own. The Physical, metal and spiritual 'stats' of what is Integrated will be added to yours and without diminishing returns. Power, skills, abilities, experiences, knowledge, traits, properties, resistances, immunities, willpower, etc. all are taken and Integrated into your own being. Additionally: immunity to the death of personality or Ego. Integrating conflicting traits (Holy/Demonic, Light/Dark, Good/Evil, etc.) will harmonize them.

• You can transform into the forms of beings you Integrate into yourself. Additionally; you gain a mental library of all the various races you've Integrated and switch between them at will, even hybridize them to create newer and stronger forms. You can also selectively manifest the physical traits of the Integrated complete transformations if you so desired: scales, tails, wings, fangs, additional limbs, etc. that sort of thing.

• If you Integrate an energy source you didn't already possess, you can choose to either gain a pool of that energy or convert it into an energy source you do have and increase it. The energy conversion is 100% efficient but some energies are more or less potent than others, so the benefits of doing this can vary.

• Subordination: If you chose not to Integrate what you absorb then you can Subordinate it instead, creating a link between your soul and theirs (or the closest equivalent) and it will impose upon them absolute obedience and loyalty to you without killing their Egos or personality. They'll still think and act the same way but you're now their number one priority in all things, disloyalty and betrayal become inconsiderable to them. If they die without their souls being destroyed the it will return to you instantly: if you can get them a suitable vessel for their soul you can revive them back to life. The link is immutable and undetectable by all means. Subordination doesn't prevent you from Integrating them if you change your mind at a later point. The Subordination process is absolute and can't be undone or reversed by any means.

• Incarceration: You can imprison any entities you absorb within yourself, from which they can never escape by any means unless you release them. Any connections they had to the outside world are severed unless you let them persist. You can choose the conditions of your internal prison: suspended in stasis, conscious or unconscious, able to interact with other prisoners, able to perceive world outside (or not), etc. while Incarcerated they can't be detected/perceived by any means. Like with the previous ability, prisoners can be Integrated as soon as you change your mind.

• Pocket Dimension: It's not just predation or slavery or imprisonment though, the space inside of your body, mind and soul is infinite and can be used to store whatever you wish within. You can choose if what's stored is in a state of stasis or not.

• You can toggle any of your powers, abilities and traits on/off at will, even ones that normally can't be disabled or are passively always active. Even what you gain from any other Essences can be disabled. This toggle can never be used against you.

• Note: You can absorb/convert the ambient energies in the environment to gain a pool of energy for them or increase your already existing ones, even sunlight or background radiation is applicable.
