AI summary
Gives you one 'charge' of power a week, stockpiled forever in your soul, which you spend on items to grant them new fiat-backed abilities in line with their themes — a healing potion that pours endlessly and cures ailments, a sword that cuts concepts, indestructible armour. Each item follows either the Quality path (stronger effects) or the Quantity path (weaker but broadly useful ones), never a mix, and its appearance grows more magnificent as charges accumulate. A single charge also binds an item to you so it can be stored in your soul, summoned at need, and recovered if lost; upgrades can be undone but the charges spent are gone.

Description
By drinking this Essence that tastes of off-brand Whey Protein, you gain the following perks:
Effects
11Every week (168 hours) you'll gain a single 'charge' of power, tucked away and hidden in your soul (or the closet equivalent). Any charges that go unused will stockpile without end or fear of being lost if not used.
These charges can be spent on items and objects to increase preexisting capabilities or grant new ones that defy logic but are in line with the targets 'themes'.
For example, a simple healing potion might gain the ability to be endlessly poured from its original container, or upgrades in such a way that it can now heal ailments as well as wounds, or to return to your person when beckoned.
In a similar vein: swords that can cut through anything (concepts included), indestructible shields and armors that negate attacks, magics and all esoteric effects, books that copy the contents of any other data storage medium that they come within range of or turn into grimoires through which magic can be cast. Even technologies and items that are already artifacts can be upgraded.
The effects you bequeath onto the targets of this Essence are fiat-backed effects, and are by default greater than any other effect of a similar nature.'
The used of charges is divided into 2 'paths' of upgrades, either Quality or Quantity. Using a charge on an item opens a panel on it that only you can see, and depending on which method (Quality or Quantity) that you choose for that target you will either be presented with 5 options from Quality or 20 from Quantity. Quality allows you to choose 1 potent upgrade from the list of 5 or 4 from the Quantity list of 20. Once you start to use method of upgrading (Quality or Quantity) on a target you're locked into using that method on that item and can't use the other on it.
To be specific, you can either upgrade it using upgrades purely from the Quality or Quantity lists of effects, not mixing and matching.
Effects from the Quantity list are always relatively weaker than the ones from the Quality list but still something worth having, like pens enchanted to refill their ink over time, self maintaining equipment, resistance to phenomena, becoming more efficient, etc. useful but not essential or too incredible.
As the number of charges spent on an item increases so too does the appearance of the item in question, until eventually it turns into a seamless blend of incredible form and function.
Charges and upgrades can be undone but the charges spent are lost.
For the cost of a single charge you can bind any item to yourself, which allows you to store it within your soul (or the next best thing if you lack one) when not needed and summon it when you do, if the item is lost it can be summoned back to your soul without regard for the circumstances that might try to stop it and should it be damaged and/or destroyed it will regenerate while in storage.
