If anyone else can exert influence on the same energies as you then it becomes a battle of wills. You will regenerate 20% of your maximum storage of internal energy per second, taking only 5 seconds to go from completely empty to completely full.

You can toggle them on/off, even if they’re normally passive and always active for whatever reason, even the abilities given to you by other Essences and the ones from this Essence too.
