Essence ofPerfect Control

• Firstly, anything that you're capable of exerting conscious control or influence over can now be manipulated with truly effortless ease, perfect precision and impossibly high efficiency.

• Yes, this also extends to any abilities or energies that you might possess and can consciously control/influence, now being able to manipulate them with the same ease/precision/efficiency as your other traits.

• This DOES NOT grant you any special knowledge or insights into the workings of such abilities or energies though, so you don't suddenly gain the capability to use such traits at their highest levels of potential mastery. If there's a trick or quirk to those traits then you'll have to discover them yourself. Put simply: you can perfectly control your energies but that doesn't grant you spontaneous knowledge of how to shape them into effects or learn the subtle/hidden traits of any abilities you have, or having your precise motor control & nigh-absolute dexterity won't teach you martial arts or let you pull off techniques that you don't meet any of the additional requirements for.

• As long as you have the ability to control or influence something with conscious thought or intent then whatever it may be falls under this Essence's influence of perfect control, if something else is also exerting influence on what you're attempting to control then it will become a battle of will and knowledge over that thing.

• Lastly, despite the main theme of the Essence being 'conscious' control you can also 'subconsciously' control/influence any traits, abilities, energies, etc. without having to consider it. Exerting precise levels of your strength, sparring without killing your partner, molding your energies exactingly without having to split your focus, etc. just so that you don't splatter your bed partner all over the walls in the heat of the moment or destroying something while asleep.
