• Congratulations, you can now absorb, process, metabolize and internalize pretty much anything.

• Absorption requires either physical contact or for what you want to target to be within/through the target. For example: you can't physically touch a ghost or a soul but you can put your hand in the same space that they inhabit and it will count as physically touching it. Absorption is an instant process but getting in close is on you. Absorption is a conscious choice, meaning that you have to A: be aware of the thing you want to absorb and B: have to chose to do it, so you can still take damage if you cannot perceive what it is that's harmful to you. Absorption is a permanent and irreversible process, so choose and use wisely.

• Absorption doesn't absorb copies of anything, it absorbs the thing you target by taking it, so if you chose to absorb someone's intellect to increase your own then while yes you could do such a thing it would permanently lower your victim's intellect by the amount yours was raised by, same with things like superpowers, lifespan, traits, energy supplies, physical capabilities, bloodlines, skills, knowledge or experiences, etc. there's next to nothing that you cannot absorb, take and use for yourself. Abilities/traits that possess self awareness will treat you as if you are and always were their first and intended master/owner.

• You can perfectly regulate your physical capabilities and senses to whatever level of potency you desire and will always posses absolutely perfectly precise control over all of your internal mystical energies. Mainly because no one wants to live in a world of cardboard and constantly growing energy pools means constantly worsening control of them.

• Lastly: an energy converter! Sometimes what you get isn't what you want, so this lets you choose to convert any energies that you've just absorbed and convert it into any other kind of energy that you also possess. Keep in mind that once an energy has been converted it's a permanent thing, and only work on an energy that was absorbed within the last 15 minutes, after that timeframe it'll remain as that energy forever and can't be converted anymore unless you have another ability from a different Essence that would allow it. Not all energies are equally as potent as each other, so how much your chosen energy pool increases from the conversion processes can vary.
