• You may pick any character in any story and insert yourself into their body at any point in their life. Your original memories will be added to theirs, you can distinguish between the two sets of memories without difficulty, and your personality will always be the dominant one. You will gain all of your target's skills, powers, and special traits, as they were at the moment of substitution.

• You do not suffer from any crippling, categorical weakness that your target may have had. This ranges from not suffering from "Taint" buildup as an Aberrant Nova, being able to swim as a "Devil Fruit" user, or being immune to the "Great Curse" as an Exalt.

• Your method of possession is seamless and perfect, once you take over your target there is no way to detect that you are no longer the original person, not even someone with soul sight will be able to tell the difference. The only way for someone to discover your true nature is by catching you in the act or by you telling them.

• As a baseline, you gain a large amount of spiritual energy inside your own soul. This energy has an enormous range of potential uses. The exact style of use and capabilities will be based on your own imagination and personal nature. While you can emulate just about any power or ability, only a single archetype that matches your personality and a handful of powers will come easy to you at first. And with practice and training, you can gain more uses for your energy.

• When you possess your target, their original soul will be consumed by yours, and you will become them for all intents and purposes. When you consume a soul in such a manner, its spiritual energy will be added to your own, and your soul's reserves will increase proportionally. Your spiritual energy will naturally regenerate after being depleted, practicing and training with it will expand the maximum reserve of spiritual energy over time. The total amount of power your soul can produce is practically limitless however, soft caps and slower periods of growth are to be expected.

• With time and practice you will learn to separate your soul from your physical body, at which point you may pick a different person to possess or alternatively travel around as a bodiless soul, in this state you can travel to other realms of existence such as the spiritual and astral planes.
