AI summary
Lets you switch any of your powers off individually rather than having to learn fine control of them, so unwanted abilities simply stay dormant. Your powers become keyed to you alone, unusable by clones, temporal duplicates or alternate selves, and those toggled off do not show up on scans. The same mechanism lets you track, modify or instantly recall any power or permission you have granted to others, wherever they are.
