AI summary
Makes you a functionally immortal Survivor with no biological needs, an immense learning curve and automatic respawn at the nearest safe place, along with a HUD offering [Skill Tree], [Shop] and [Research]. The Skill Tree grants active abilities and passive perks and lets you cap its complexity, with maxed classes unlocking new ones up to four active at a time — Gamer included. The Shop rotates limited-time stock (commons stay forever, legendaries last a month, new items unlock per setting) and comes with a gacha you can roll in bulk, while Research Mode drops you into an endless-spawn pocket dimension where you trade orbs and runes for skill points, with time dilation buyable and your powers and Essences largely locked while inside.

Description
Drinking this Essence placed upon a loot box-esque flask, you saw a vision of a survivor fighting large swathes of enemies while having limited items.
Effects
43One-Time appearance change. Become that homunculus you desired, or better yet, become an Idol hellbent on rescuing your fans.
You are no longer a mere mortal. You are something else. Whether you are a wizard controlling a homunculus from afar to research magic, a vampire hunter slaying monsters across the world, an archer exterminating large swathes of enemies, or even an idol hellbent on saving their fans, you are similar to all of them now.
You have an immense learning curve. This also means you are able to learn anything at an exceptional pace.
You are functionally immortal. You don’t have any biological needs. You respawn to the nearest safe space should you die or stuck somewhere and you want to die.
You have gained a system of some kind or a HUD that shows your status as a Survivor. It has simple buttons for [Skill Tree], [Shop], and [Research]. There may be more buttons to be unlocked, but they are locked behind the [Shop].
The [Skill Tree] allows you to gain active skills that are like abilities or powers, and passive skills that may act like boons or perks. The latter isn’t considered abilities or powers, allowing you to retain them should you have somehow lost access to your abilities or powers. However, you need points to gain them, and you need to do some [Research] first to gain those points.
You may limit the number of classifications that your Skill Tree can do to prevent it from becoming too complex like what happened to a certain second exiled path game. The default that you only have access to are these four classes: Wizard, Hunter, Archer, and Idol.
Maxing out a class will allow you to choose another class you want. Yes, even a Gamer is a viable class. Allowing you to have up to four active classes in each time.
In the [Shop], you may buy items that are sold for a limited time. After the time has passed, new items will replace them.
Common items stay in the shop forever. Meaning you may spam normal-grade healing items to heal yourself in order to beat the shite out of someone.
The rarer the item, the longer it stays in the [Shop] but the less it appears again. Legendary Items, or the equivalent of them, last for a month.
New items are unlocked in each Setting you ventured into.
You may roll the Gacha and get something that may or may not be the one you need. You can even 10x roll the Gacha or (n)x roll the Gacha if you have enough points.
You can get Essences from the Gacha, but you can only get one in a 10x roll. Essences have the lowest chance of appearing in the Gacha. This chance bypasses even any form of probability manipulation you have.
All items from the [Shop] are indestructible and will return to your possession should they be lost… Somehow.
You may, at will, activate Research Mode through [Research]. This will transfer you to a pocket dimension and wrench your vision to become similar to certain panoramic top-down roguelike survival games.
Time will not stop while you're inside the pocket dimension, but you can purchase the Time Dilation in [Shop], and upgrade it ten times for the Time Stop function.
In Research Mode, you cannot access almost all of your powers. You have access to only a select few that are in the theme of what you chose to “Research”. Whether you want to be a wizard controlling homunculi, an archer, an idol, or something, you will “Research” them.
During Research Mode, enemies will spawn endlessly.
In Research Mode, to gain something, you must get something called “orbs”. It may have different names depending on your theme. (e.g. Magical themes tend to call those orbs “Mana”).
Runes will occasionally appear in Research Mode. Collecting them will grant you varying effects. Outside of Research Mode, Runes are considered Enchantments.
If you wish to leave the Research Mode, or you have died in that place, you will find yourself out of the pocket dimension… staring at a translucent screen detailing what you have “Researched”.
By researching, you can gain points that you may expend in the skill tree to unlock new things to “Research”.
You also gain a separate pool of points for [Shop] usage.
You may limit what you “Research” within a time limit, forcing you out of the pocket dimension once the time has passed.
In Research Mode, your Essences are locked and need to be taken to be unlocked. Even then, you can only take three Essences in a single “Research” run. Not only that, but they have the same drop rate as a Legendary Spell or Weapon.
Anything you unlocked in Research Mode can be used outside Research at their base strength. To fully reach the potential that was shown in Research Mode, you must do it the hard way. Train yourself using them, but unlike in Research Mode, you have immediate access to all of them. Except for weapons, those needed to be summoned first.
You have the power to create presets for the builds you will create or have created. It is encouraged to create a build whenever you’re not in Research Mode.
You have four preset slots in Research Mode, each carrying the most optimal builds. You can buy more in the [Shop] or unlock five extra preset slots in the [Skill Tree].
Think of the presets as alternate builds you have immediate access to, or quick equip slots. All of them are equal to your strongest build.
You can fuse spells or items with each other to create more powerful spells or items.
Enchantments are unlocked over time, but through “Research” you may unlock them faster.
Enchantments are the ones that augment your spells or weapons. They upgrade what you currently have.
In Research Mode, your spells or weapons can only have a limited amount of Enchantments. Anything exceeding that would run the risk of misfire or the weapon breaking apart immediately.
Legendary weapons won’t break apart but still have the risk of misfiring, and that risk is greater than lower-tier weapons.
Some Enchantments can cause the concept of death or grant the existence of one should your foes don’t have it.
If you die, the Enchantments will be lost and must be taken again. Unlocked Enchantments are permanent and cannot be lost, but you must choose what to place on your spells or weapons.
In Research Mode, you must get to a certain threshold just to get Enchantments or find them haphazardly placed on a box with Gacha mechanics.
You can buy the top-down panoramic view that Research Mode grants in [Shop]. This view is toggleable. Although, you can just unlock it for free by maxing out a single class first.
You may bestow a replica of the Incremental Roguelike Survivor to others. However, they are stuck in a single class until it is fully maxed out unlike you.
This Essence can’t be erased, forcibly changed without your volition, removed, or stolen.
Fanwank responsibly.
No seriously, this is one of the Essences that you need to actually fanwank just to become viable to you. You may take this Essence as is, but are you willing to deep dive through the wikis just to use it in a barely viable condition to you?
