Essence of theIridescent Qualia

Drinking this iridescent concoction from an ordinary vial of translucent glass made you feel like someone performed a lobotomy upon you, and immediately stole your wallet.

• You felt something, the Cognitive Realm of Information gazes upon you. The Cognitive Realm of Information poked and prodded upon you, leaving you changed. You have now become a Singularity of Qualia. The embodiment of one’s inherent perception of existence.

• As a result of your being touched by the Cognitive Realm of Information, you know the True Name of everyone and everything because your True Name is now a part to all of them.

• Faes would tread carefully around you. They know that you are the one who holds all of their True Names. Trying to control you will be the last of their thoughts as doing so would make dying an act of mercy for them.

• You have the ability to see any being’s Qualia. Their appearances are unique from one another. This aspect grants a mental slider to see them as translucent images.

• Example: A Yakuza bearing the form of a robot, with a fragile child in its interior.

• Unlike most people, your perceived reality has taken a priority of importance in existence. If you perceive that you’re a super robot, you become a super robot with no outward changes.

• This power is a double-edged sword. If you perceive yourself as a monster, you will turn into a monster.

• If you perceive everyone as robots, you gain the power to safely dismantle and repair them by using any materials as parts. They may or may not hate you for this.

• This power is proportional to whatever you have right now, this includes health. If you’re an unhealthy person trying to become a super robot, you will instead be similar to Boss Borot.

• You can take another person’s Qualia as easily as just looking at them and casually pulling at their self-imposed image to drain them, whether mentally, or physically.

• This very act makes them break out of the shell they formed around themselves. You may urge them to change for the better or break them further to the point they will seek to end themselves.

• You can create a Perception Filter around the World, creating a Layered Existence upon reality itself. The Layers can’t interact with one another and any powers interacting with one another will not cause you harm. Any being, however, will cause a harmful backlash upon themselves if they tried using powers not from their Layers due to power incontinence.

• As a bonus, you are empowered through these Perception Filters, granting you a delusion to use “Magic” or something as esoteric as “Reality Warping”. You may empower other people but unless they truly sink into the abyss of their delusion, they can’t ever hope to pose a challenge to you.

• You can force existence to make anyone’s Qualia, even yours, materialized into reality. Think of JoJo Stands but everyone can see them. Their powers are in theme for what they are unlike the JoJo Stands. Seriously, one of them doesn’t even look like a Time-stopping Stand, they look like a fucking scuba diver.

• E.g. A black katana that generates water and a school of goldfish.

• This effect is universal should you decide you want everyone to know their true selves, their Qualia.

• By default, you automatically perceive that Fate doesn’t have hold over you, and your limits don’t exist. However, you can perceive yourself to have a Fate or a Limitation, but it will be false. Anyone who knows Fate or Limits deeply will know that whatever you have, shouldn’t exist. They will keep an eye on you closely.

• This grants you absolute control over the Cognitive Realm of Information, somehow. Allowing you to perceive everything with scrawling texts of their history or future actions. The future actions are quite limited due to them constantly changing unless you force them into a single path to their demise.

• A side effect of this Essence’s aspect is that you are an exponential learner. Able to learn anything through passing glances with ease. Unfortunately, this won’t give you the knowledge on how to read said knowledge or the comprehension of the intent should it be in another language that you don’t know of.

• If you ever appear in a Setting where the Cognitive Realm of Information is directly tampered with, you are considered a god-like being to everyone living there.

• One-time ticket to travel to any settings you can think of. Just snap the ticket and think of the setting and you’ll go there. Be warned that wherever you are before the snapping won’t grant you the means to close off loose ends. You might become a missing person if you’ve decided to snap the ticket immediately. So you must be careful.

• If you ever go to the setting of To Aru Franchise, you are either a Magic God, a Level 6+ Esper, or something that is considered the missing link between Man and God.

• As usual, this Essence can’t be deleted, forcibly changed, or stolen. Otherwise, they’ll be driven to insanity and force themselves to return this Essence.

• Unless they have the Monstrous Singularity Point. Then they’ll keep the Essence until their demise.

• This Essence is a Singularity, it can’t be copied even by other Essences.

• Note: This isn’t true Reality Warping. If someone who has Reality Warping sees what you’re doing, they will outright supersede your power as they can command not only the Cognitive Realm of Information but the other two realms as well. The Material Realm of Physicality and the Astral Realm of Spirituality. This is your only warning from me.

• Note: This Essence can't create other Essences.
