• The enlightenment you received comes in two parts. The Arts of Agenda and Slander.

• You have learned the deadliest technique in history, the Art of Agenda. There is no form of propaganda stronger than the Agenda. This technique has the power to manipulate and mind control the masses… including the Mass of Existence itself. However, to use this technique, you must follow a single most important rule. If you repeat a lie through a funny meme, it becomes a Truth of Reality itself.

• So long as the Meme is funny, even to yourself, it becomes the single-unifying Truth of everything. An example would be a hero named Deku being named the Street Tier Menace, making him capable of beating EVERYONE in the Street Tier of the Powerscale, or as long as they are in the Concept of Street.

• By maintaining the Agenda, you’ll find it easier to ensure that it will become a Fact in reality.

• You have also learned the other side of the Agenda, the Art of Slander. So long as information is used in mocking matter, otherwise known as Slanderous Allegations, it will become a Fact to the Truth of Reality itself.

• So long as it mocks the information given, you can force reality itself to accept it as a “true” fact. This effect is memetic and will cause people to mock the slandered individual or object.

• Only a good discussion can nullify the effects of Slander, making it a Baseless Slander. But even then, it might take even a year or even longer for that to be nullified, depending on how memetic it is. You, however, can nullify the effects easily by toggling it off.

• By combining both Agenda and Slander, you can invoke an Allegation. Through this Allegation, even if the information is false, the target would somehow do it, either the events will line up perfectly or just a coincidence. Thus, making the Allegation both an Agenda and Slander.

• This Essence, and all its aspects, can’t be erased, forcibly changed, removed, or stolen. Doing so will cause the Agenda to Slander the would-be-idiot to oblivion to happen, somehow.
