Essence of theOne who Paints beyond the Canvas

Drinking this bottle of colorful Pataphorical Ink, you have realized, you shouldn't have done that. You felt the awful taste of the ink in your mouth as your stomach grumbled.

• You have obtained a single-use Appearance Ticket. Using it will retroactively change your form across space and time. Use it to gain the physique of THE GOAT, Monoco.

• You have done something horrible. Something that shouldn't be done due to the amount of danger involved. But you lived. You are changed, and now must suffer the consequences of your actions. The Pataphorical Ink is slowly making you into a creature that is equal to the Continuum Behemoth and the Unwritten Leviathan. The Canvas Bird whose feathers flow the Colors of Existence itself, the Pataphorical Simurgh.

• You are no longer part of the Canvas called Existence; you are your own Canvas now. Not only that, but you are the “Painting that cannot be Seen by those who are still bound in the Narratives”. Those who have defied the Narrative of their world can see you, albeit vaguely. By breaking the hold of the Narrative, can they truly see you for who you truly are, a being that is so important into the continuance of every story as you are the Pataphorical Ocean that allows the Unwritten Leviathan to shape the Narratives through their leisurely swim and the very waters that the Continuum Behemoth splashes around to ensure that landmasses born of ideas will be formed.

• This has made you the metaphorical captain of your soul. Destiny and Fate are yours to make. No one, including nothing itself, can never change you and your actions.

• You don't have any limitations as the concept of it no longer exists to you.

• Any form of restrictions to your powers are removed.

• Thankfully, this aspect is slideable or toggleable, allowing you to interact the Narratives as a character in a Story. The default of this aspect is maximum or toggled on.

• You are now a limitless source of Pataphorical Ink similar to the one found in the Canvas called Existence. You generate Pataphorical Ink at such vast amounts that it would appear you have numerous pairs of inky wings surrounding you always. Thankfully, this aspect is tied to the above aspect, allowing you to lessen the “tap” to near non-existent levels.

• You can dilute the Pataphorical Ink into Metaphorical Ink, otherwise known as Chroma.

• Chroma can be used to enhance any being and anything. It can also be used as a power source.

• You can use the Pataphorical Ink to erase a part of Existence through the act of Gommage. Those erased can never be brought back and echoes of themselves would reverberate on the Canvas called Existence as harmless, colorful petals. You may bring them back through those echoes, but they can never be the same.

• Taking damage will remove the Ink from the part affected, but it won't give you any detrimental effects, as if your outline is holding you up.

• As a side effect of this Essence, you are considered one of the best, if not the actual best, painters in Existence.

• You are a Painter, a person who uses the Chroma to perform supernatural feats. However, due to your nature as the Pataphorical Simurgh, you are the most powerful Painter of them all.

• You can use the Chroma to create any being or anything Ex Nihilo.

• You can bring a Painted Being into reality by just pulling them out of a Canvas. Doing so will leave a blank or white silhouette of themselves to mark their Canvas source.

• With enough Chroma, you can bring back the dead. Whenever you do so, the image of your true self will appear and place a feather upon the being you are trying to revive.

• You may drain the Chroma of others to “whiten” them out and inflict the status effect known as “Color Blanked”. Those who are “Color Blanked” will feel immense lethargy, and they can't use any supernatural abilities or skills.

• You may awaken another being as a Painter by giving them Chroma, allowing them to produce it in large amounts, but the speed at which they produce it varies.

• You are able to create a Canvas easily, unlike the other Painters, as if you are always meant to create worlds through the act of painting them.

• You are a Curator, a person who uses Chroma as a form of an item that enhances others or shape Chroma into items of unfeasible might.

• As a Curator, you are able to create god-like items that could instantly kill individuals with ease… if you use enough Chroma.

• You are able to create Pictos, items of power that can be equipped by anyone. Pictos has a mastery meter that will fill up over time whenever it is used. Once a Pictos is mastered, it will become a Lumina.

• You can directly empower someone with Chroma, enhancing their stats. The stats that can be enhance are the Vitality, Might, Agility, Defense, and Luck.

• Vitality increases the overall health of the being.

• Might increases the overall damages done by the being.

• Agility increases the overall speed of the being.

• Defense increases the overall… Defenses of the being.

• Luck increases the likelihood of critical attacks and fortune of the being.

• Optionally, you may make every single thing above into your potential growth. Doing so will allow you to acclimate to your new role as the Canvas Bird.

• After taking this option and maturing in the process, you will learn that the Canvas Bird has another name in a far-off Omniverse known as Suggsverse… The Voyager.

• You can have as many or as few companions as you desire from every setting, including the ones in Clair Obscure. But do take note of one thing… Normally, taking the Essence would give you your companions immediately. But not this Essence, no. Your companions will start blessed by you as your Painters. They will think of you as some kind of god or cosmic being that has decided to make them your chosen. They will slowly make their way towards where you are unless you took flight and went beyond the Canvas called Existence.

• By taking this Essence, you can’t take the other two Essences in the [Purveyors of Narratives] series: the One who Impacts the Continuities and the One who is Unwritten. If you, somehow, have taken all three, you will only receive one of the three. This is the price of having so much power.

• This Essence can’t be erased, forcibly changed, removed, or stolen. Doing so will cause you to automatically use Gommage to erase the one who attempted to do so.

• There’s a message on the side of the Essence bottle: “Little bird of paint and hue, I’ve watched you flutter beyond the Narrative Landscapes to color every story with your feathers, from the shortest Stories where you so wish to extend them far beyond their Narrative’s end to the ones that have never quite ended yet. The Pataphorical Ink you rained from up on high allows the Stories their continuance, and in turn, shape new avenues for the Stories yet to come.
