Inspired by a combination of Chadster's Essence of The Toolkit and the good old Utility Belt trope—for the savvy adventurer who can't be bothered buying (or stealing) a toolkit, utility bag, or a Bag of Holding stuffed with gear. The vial looks like a tin of WD-40, only inside the glowing blue fluid you see holographic screwdrivers, hammers, and wrenches flicker in and out. Drinking it tastes like every horrendously strong coffee you ever downed at 3 AM —either pulling an all-night fix-job on your car, or trying to beat that one game that kept having you say to yourself ..just one more level… why is the sun coming up? Effect: The Essence of The Ultimate Omnitool summons a glowing ball of energy in your palm—think Miss Militia's trick with guns, but instead of weapons, it manifests into any tool you can imagine. Want a grapple gun? Check. Weed trimmer? Check. Chainsaw? Sure, but expect it to be a little "off brand." Caveats: Not for combat. It can spit out a machete, axe, or crowbar if you really want, but they'll never match the real thing in quality. Tools that double as weapons (like a hammer or wrench) work fine, but don't expect lightsabers or railguns. Focus required. You need to know what you want—or the Essence might "helpfully" give you what it thinks you need. Sometimes hilarious, sometimes disastrous.
