You are omniscient, knowing literally everything. This includes practical, theoretical, conceptual knowledge, etc. If there is any possible way to do something, then you know how. Even without using other powers you know exactly how to butterfly-effect reality to achieve the results you desire, and may do so with perfect precision.

Since you know about everything that could possibly threaten you and how to avoid it, you will have faultless plot armor against death, death of personality, psychological destruction, and other really bad things. You may of course choose to evade more than that, but your minimum plot armor described here will always function.

You have perfect memory and a mind entirely adapted to be able to handle immortality, complete with infinite willpower and sufficiently enhanced intellect, processing power, and multitasking to easily comprehend, apply and correlate all of your limitless knowledge.

You may, if you wish, selectively block out or forget certain pieces of knowledge if you wish to be surprised by something, although you will still instinctively act in such a fashion as to grant you the benefits of your minimum plot armor.

You will retain your 'self' and your personality unless you choose not to, never suffering any harmful or undesirable side effects of your omniscience.

At the time you first drink this Essence you will be cured of any and all physical ailments, psychological trauma, and other unwanted mental conditions, ailments, disabilities, etc.

This Essence immediately becomes part of your most inherent and innate nature upon first consuming it, and from that point on its benefits will permanently and irrevocably be with you at all times unless voluntarily toggled by you as per the above benefit. Nothing else can ever remove or weaken your omniscience in any way; curses, magic, Clarketech, even the will of ROB or psychological trauma, and other unwanted mental conditions, ailments, disabilities, etc.
