• You may immediately master any skill or ability to an ideal level of proficiency and knowledge simply by desiring to. The only requirement is that you must already have the capability to use such a skill or ability. (For example, you could not gain mastery of spellcasting unless you already had the capability to practice magic from another source.)

• This mastery will come with all secondary requirements necessary to make the best use of it, within the limits of your baseline physiology. Practicing physical skills will refine your body to the necessary athleticism, endurance, and health needed to make best use of them at a supernaturally rapid speed, and likewise for other qualities. This growth will remain capped by the theoretical maximum limits of your human body, unless you already possess the ability to exceed such limits from another source.

• You will also have the instincts, reflexes, mental resilience, and self-confidence that comes from having developed such skills to the absolute peak of mastery. These abilities and capabilities will be truly yours, not merely things externally grafted onto you, and you will be able to use them to the fullest without any hesitation or indecision even under the most chaotic and frightening circumstances. You could dive right into a pitched battle as a complete novice entirely unfamiliar with violence and bloodshed and still start fighting your way through a small army without blinking an eye.

• If you somehow encounter someone more skilled than you, which should not normally be possible, you will immediately increase in skill and mastery to equal this new peak of ability and proceed from there as if you had always been that proficient. You will also be entirely immune to skill copiers or skill thieves, so there is no need to fear this ever happening in reverse.

• Your skills and abilities will require no practice or exercise to maintain. Your edge will never dull, your reflexes and instincts will never grow slack, and your memory will remain perfect in all respects regardless of the passage of time.

• At the time you first drink this Essence you will be restored to ideal health and given a one-time appearance upgrade based on your wishes and idealized self-image, with the exact details of your build and "endowments" being up to you.

• As a special bonus, you receive full control over your fertility and other related buffs.
