• Your being has been energized, imbuing the expanding power of fiction into you. Whatever your abilities, they will start to slowly increase with time, just like a story might be colored and embellished with each retelling.

• Likewise, since power creep cannot function if the protagonist's story ends the power of fiction will grant you plot armor comparable to that of a main character in a popular, long-running series. You may still potentially suffer and experience setbacks, but fate will always twist just enough that you survive to fight another day.

• At the time you first drink this Essence and every time you are 'reborn' you will be cured of any and all physical ailments, psychological trauma, and other unwanted mental conditions, ailments, disabilities, etc. You also receive a free body remodel to the age/gender/etc. of your choice with full adaptation to your new form.

• Should you start as a normal human, you will over time find your skills abilities and anything else about you or that which you possess increasing in power, and becoming more competent. Later you might spontaneously gain new skills and your form will approach that of a peak human.

• If you already possess any esoteric powers or abilities they will increase over time as well. For example, a mage would find his spells stronger, more potent, his knowledge increasing easier with effort and even while seemingly doing nothing. Even if you started as a normal human, should any esoteric powers or abilities be potentially learnable within your current milieu you may learn and study them as well, developing them at least as well as a peak human in that milieu would already be able to.

• After an indeterminate amount of time full adaptation to peak human will complete and your true evolution will begin. A peak human will find his powers crossing to myth, being able to do impossible things. You will get more and more powerful, eventually reaching comic book levels and beyond, developing or "discovering" new abilities. Like Superman, who went from lifting cars to lifting planets, your powers will continue to evolve, and eventually you will attain and surpass the greatest growth speeds in any fiction, whether by the characters or the overall power of the 'Verse, spiraling ever upwards.

• This growth will never occur in directions or at a magnitude that would make you excessively uncomfortable.

• Additionally, since too much power creep can sometimes ruin stories and bring them to premature ends, a reincarnation safeguard is available if you ever accrue 'too much' power creep. You may choose to forfeit some or all of your accumulated power to be reborn into the same or a different life and try different things.
