AI summary

Lets you summon beings and objects from the Summon Realm, a place where ideas gather, by spending magical energy that grows with use, with clearer mental images making a summon faster and cheaper. Summons can be humanoid, monstrous, items or even food — a food contract lets it replicate itself rather than be consumed — and while most summons stay at their usual power, contracted ones grow with you and can temporarily fuse with you for a super form that multiplies your strength a hundred to a millionfold depending on your bond. Most summoners manage four to twelve contracts; you can hold up to 999, and you also receive a body remake and a one-way trip to another world with the ability to visit others or return home.

Description

By drinking this multicolored Essence, you gain the ability to summon beings from the Summon Realm. The Summon Realm is a weird place where ideas gather.

Effects

  • You can summon beings or things from the Summon Realm by spending some of your magical energy (you get magical energy with this essence and the magical energy grows with usage) and thinking of what you want to summon.

  • The Essence gives you a chance to remake your body however you like and get a one way trip to another world (original or established setting), you can visit other worlds or even return to your world if you somehow figure out dimensional travel. There should be a summon or two that could help you with that.

  • By having a clear idea on what you want to summon, you can summon it easier and faster with less energy usage. Usually a summon is a copy of a greater idea and so every time you summon the same being, it'd be a different version of it. You can get around this by giving a name and offering a contract to the being or item you summon. By naming them and giving a contract you form an attachment to them and it is used to pull the exact same being or item when you resummon them. After making a contract, you can modify the appearance of the summon to be something you like as long as it doesn't compromise their core purpose.

  • Summons can be anything from a humanoid or monstrous being to an item or even food items. If you make a contract with a food item for some reason, they can replicate more of themselves instead of being consumed completely.

  • While the powers of most summons stay at the level they usually are at (with the exception that a trained summoner can summon particularly stronger variants by using more mana in their summoning), a contracted summon can grow in strength by forming meaningful bonds with their summoners and gaining a personality and goals. At peak bond level (gained by completely understanding each other), summons can show power that is 1'000 times more than their usual power. All summons are somewhat sapient and sentient but their sapience and sentience increases with the bond you have with them, helping them grow along with you.

  • Another way to boost a summon and the summoner's power is to temporarily fuse with each other to gain a super form which boosts their strength by a hundred to a million fold depending on the bond between each other, most of the knowledgeable summoners use the super form to summon even more powerful summons in a chain to cast truly world shaking spells. Super form is almost impossible for ordinary summoners, it's something that can be achieved only once or twice in the life of genius summoners but for some reason you can do it with superb ease, almost as if you're born to do it. You also find it easier to become friends or more with your summons, increasing the bond you have with them.

  • Most summoners are limited to 4 to 12 summon contracts but you can make a maximum of 999 contracts, giving you an infinite amount of choices to pick what you want. If you've filled all your contracts, you can terminate the contract with any of your summons or even pass on the contract to someone else in which case the summon's strength is reduced by half until the new summoner grows their bond with them.
