• Fetish plagues are supernatural diseases you can create to modify beings and the world.

• You have control over all the aspects of a plague you create, it's targets, the duration it stays active in the world, how it modifies the people or beings, it's effects on the world, etc, etc.

• By default you are immune to the effects of a plague but you can decide how much and how a given plague affects you. No one can figure out that you're the origin of these plagues.

• You can even make it so the virus was retroactively applied a set time ago so the world has already adapted to the virus. You won't be erased by this change to the timeline but you can't decide how it affects everyone else (someone might not be born, born as a different sex, etc).

• You can create any type of plague as long as it has some sexual overtones.

• Examples include a memetic virus spread via the internet that makes all women submissive Stepford wives. A modification to plants that makes them absorb large amounts of pollution but makes them look and act like sexy and hungry dryads.

• Giving magic to everyone is possible but you need to make it so that it runs off of sex and cum. Giving powers to people is possible too but it needs to have a drawback like they need to wear skintight or bikini sized clothes to effectively use those powers, etc;

• You can do almost anything with this Essence as long as has some sexual side effects.
