By drinking this essence, you become part of an organization of heroes sworn to protect the multiverse.

• At any time you may teleport the local branch of heroes for hire and select a mission in any other world. The missions work like guild missions in a isekai fantasy and even if you die in a mission, you'll reappear inside the guild.

• You can receive the payment for the missions as the local currency of your world or as tokens that can be redeemed for items and training.

• You can also create missions that can be taken by others or give the calling card of the guild to someone else in the world you visit, so they can create a mission. If someone can't pay you, you can choose to receive payment in karma points, these points are based on the amount of good you've done and can be used to buy guild tokens or use them to temporarily increase your luck.

• Any skills or powers you've gained or bought in the guild will work irrespective of the local metaphysics of the world you visit and similarly any item you take from the mission world during the mission will work as intended.

• You can also receive special lessons from the old masters, who're one of the Allies of heroes for hire and you can also take teaching missions from them.

• At any time you can vouch for people to be selected as members of heroes for hire, at which point the guild will offer a membership to them.
