• When you are in a place where your presence would not be remarkable, your presence and actions will be rationalized away as inconsequential, provided they do not negatively affect others. Walking down a street juggling fireballs would not draw more attention than walking down a street normally.

• Being unremarkable depends on the overall context – if you are in a military facility and dressed like a member of said facility, you would gain this protection provided you were within an area that your uniform would indicate you can access. You would not gain this protection if you were wearing civilian attire.

• This also affects all forms of remote viewing. Postcognition and recordings will depend on your status at the time, scrying will depend on your status at the time the viewing is being done, and precognition will be protected if either your current status or the status at the time being viewed is protected.
