Essence ofFloat

This Essence tastes like feathers and mist, it grants you this boon.

• No matter what it is or how heavy, you can make a target float anywhere up to four feet off the ground without sustaining the effect.

• While it floats, you can physically push and maneuver the target with ease. Move your couch, move your house. No longer worry about breaking your back lifting weights it wasn't designed to heave.

• Floating can be canceled allowing the target to set down gently or plop down all at once depending on preference.

• Use floating to catch falling targets. Depending on the height they fall from they'll either bob gently or their momentum transfer to gliding over the ground. They'll never go splat on the ground with float active.

• Floating functions over surfaces based on density. Over most solid ground it reaches maximum height, over sand or mud or lava you lose a foot or two, in water you can keep a target buoyant as if a person wore a flotation vest or a ship not sinking completely.

• Floating works with devices. Strap a fan to a chair and make it move. Attach a rocket to a boat to make it zoom. Stabilization not guaranteed.

• Floating works with stairs and other means to gain height. Forklift not high enough? Add float. Can't get the house on the foundation? Make a temporary ramp. The weight of the target has no effect on the material beneath it. You could balance your car on your head with float. Straps may or may not be required for some of these attempts. Basic safety measures advised.
