AI summary
Reveals you as the reincarnation of someone from another world, letting you choose one Jump to represent that past life, including a follow-on Jump if that document allows continuing as the same person. You must earn the power back, so you begin only with Free Perks and anything affecting talent, learning speed, instinct or biology, unlocking the rest through practice, meditation on your past life or finding a teacher. Items work the same way, with only free ones available immediately and the rest seeded into the world for you to acquire or rebuild over time, with full recovery expected to take roughly twenty years.

Description
By consuming this Essence, you are revealed to be a reincarnation from another world. The Glorious and Benevolent Jump-chan, for whatever reason has created an Essence that let's you access the powers of this past life.
Effects
30As this Essence is provided by the Ever-Generous Jumpchain Benefactor, you may select one Jump to represent your previous life.
If you are using any Alt-Chain rules, Supplements, or Essences that modify the Jumpchain, they affect this Jump as normal.
As your previous self has technically completed the jump, it is possible that they completed one or more Scenarios. Please Fanwank responsibly.
Single Jump Supplements (i.e. any Jump with Supplement Mode engaged) are forbidden to use with this Jump.
If your chosen Jump has a drawback, scenario, or other option which let’s you proceed to another jump in the same world, as the same person; you may take this additional Jump as well.
All rules which apply to the Primary Jump apply to the secondary.
The generosity of the Mighty Jump-Chan only extends so far, she demands that you prove yourself worthy of your previous self’s power.
In practical terms, after drinking this Essence, you will only have access to the Free Perks and powers (including those made free because of Discounts or Alt-Chain shenanigans) as well as perks/powers that affect Talent, Learning Speed, instinct, and/or Biology.
Through a combination of practice, meditating on your past life, finding an appropriate teacher, or other, you may gain access to the entirety of your past life’s skill set.
Items follow a similar rule, with only the Free Items being available from the start. all other items, depending on the item in question, they will be inserted into the world (or the Chain if you’re doing a Jumpchain) for you to acquire. Or you will be inspired to create/invent the item yourself.
If a Free Item is more powerful than standard (said item is Clarketech, hyper advanced, game breaking, etcetera) then it is expected that this item should be treated as though it were not free.
The Limitation on Free Items is on the Honor System. Should the Author decide to ignore it at their discretion.
If the item is something more ethereal, such as a business, a personal network, inheritance, etcetera; you will have the chance to create this item over time.
If you are on the Jumpchain, your efforts will carry over between worlds, meaning you will have access to incomplete versions of the item that you may improve until they reach their full strength.
Assuming you dedicate yourself to gaining the powers of your previous self, you should gain everything from the Perks, Builds and Powers sections in roughly 20 years, depending on the size and power of the Jump.
This timeline to unlock is a default for completions sake; the actual timeline is at the Author’s discretion.
Companions are a bit of an odd situation, though you are permitted to take them.
Much like yourself, your chosen companions have reincarnated, and you are destined to encounter them again.
Both you and your companions will feel a connection and will, depending on the situation, quickly rekindle the forgotten friendship of your past lives.
If you decide to use this Essence with the Jumpchain, the initial Perks are considered to be inherent and should be treated as part of the Bod-Mod Supplement in respect to drawbacks and Gauntlets.
This grace does extend to any Items or perks unlocked later, only Perks given immediately upon consuming this Essence are granted this privilege.
Optional: Much like the Avatar from AtLA and LoK, you have the ability to call on the spirit of your previous life for advice.
The quality of this communication will depend on how cooperative this previous self decides to be. They are not in any way compelled to help you.
This does not come with an equivalent to the Avatar State, unless your Previous Life was the Avatar.
Warning, your previous life was not a true jump; thus it is possible (depending on the Jump) for you to encounter gods and/or similar beings who knew your previous self.
These beings will recognize you as your previous self’s reincarnation and will project any positive or negative opinions they have of that life onto you.
Depending on who you were, these Gods might also have debts that either your previous life owes them, or they owe your previous self.
If you use a perk or drawback to allow Gods or similar to gain memories of your previous jumps, they will also inherit the memories of their selves from your past life.
As a final gift, the All-Seeing Jump-Chan is willing to send you to either a CYOA of your choice or let you start a Jumpchain.
Any Alt-Chain rules that you apply to this Jumpchain will also effect this Essence.
