AI summary
Gives you magic that does almost anything provided you repeat a command often enough, with plausibility governing the cost — telling a rock to fall upwards after a nudge takes far fewer repetitions than telling it to fly. Commands that are not immediate fade over time, held better by some objects than others, and living beings can simply disobey, though your voice becomes naturally more commanding. Your commands work powerfully on your own body but never on your mind or spirit, they require the target to be present to hear them, and they transcend language — the simpler the command the better understood, with sign language or telepathy expanding your options further.

Description
You have a form of magic that is capable of pretty much everything, as long as you repeat a command enough, it'll happen. The more possible something is, the more effective the commanding will be while making the impossible possible will take near infinite compounding to make them possible.
Effects
6Commanding a rock to fly will take countless repeats, while commanding it to fall upwards after being given a slight nudge is far more possible. Giving a rock the command to form a tsunami when you throw it into the water won't make the tsunami but it might make the splash unnoticeably larger, but saying it a hundred times will make a wave. Saying it thousand times will make a giant wave, and saying it ten million times will more or less end the world as all the world's waters rise at once to follow your command. The increase isn't linear, the more you say something the more possible it becomes, thus the more effective a command becomes.
Also commands that aren't immediate have a tendency to diminish over time, certain objects will hold your commands longer and more effectively than others however that depends on what the object is, what you command it, and your relationship to the object. A large box containing feathers will fly easier than a lighter box containing rocks. Commanding a borrowed bike is harder than commanding one you own.
Giving a command to a living being is different, your voice will become more commanding as a passive effect of this power, but when it comes to living beings they might disobey, intentionally misinterpret, or fight against your commands to diminish their effect faster and grow resistant to them, though the opposite might also happen, they might accept them wholeheartedly and become more susceptible to your future commands.
Your commands has great effect on your body but you cannot command your mind or spirit.
Also you cannot command something that isn't present to hear your commands. And the more open ended a command is, and the less possible something is the more you'll need to compound them to make them effective.
Lastly, commands transcend language, the simpler they are the more easily understood they are, and if you learn other forms of language than speech like sign language or telepathy, then the commanding part of your voice will extend there as well. Making your hand motions sharper and more 'commanding', or making your mental 'voice' louder and clearer.
