Description

A vial holding what seems like tortured souls of the damned, looking at it makes you feel like you are the one who would be torturing them if you drink it…

Effects

  • Chosen One: Events that shape the world attracts you and you are attracted by them in turn, and if you can do something about these events then the attraction will increase. This isn’t a literal definition, you might feel a subdued desire to wander the street at night to prevent the destruction of someone’s ‘world’, or you might feel your hearing focusing on the TV when the news anchor mentions something relevant to ‘your world’. This pull also considers your feelings and psychology so if you would prefer not to ruin your date by leaving in the middle of it to save a bus full of nuns from crashing then you won’t feel it, even if you gain a hero complex and begin to feel guilty about everything bad that happens in the world the pull will guide you towards events that will help you fix your mentality.

  • Son Of Adam: No matter how many demons you fight, however deep into the abyss you tread, you will stay as yourself.

  • You will not lose your humanity at your core, regardless of how much life and various experiences force you to change in new and unique ways. A vampiric blood transfusion would give you the powers and weaknesses of the vampire, but on the inside, mentally and spiritually, you would still be a human.

  • You also tend to grow and adapt against your problems quite fast, growing smarter and more skilled the more you deal with similar problems. Another benefit of being a Son Of Adam is that you are able to breed with any and all beings, birthing half human beings through that union, which in turn are capable of mating with either parent race or each other to continue on their species. Your children are guaranteed to be cute and grow up to be appealing in a way, rather than being chimeric monsters.

  • Lastly you will age gracefully, not losing any of the strength you gain until the moment you breathe your last breath.

  • Action Hero: You have the qualities of an action hero, fit for a demon hunter. You can literally feed off of adrenaline, not needing to eat or drink anything as long as you are fighting, not needing to sleep as long as there is an enemy in front of you, and even other side needs like toilet or social interaction become nonexistent. You also heal fast, a few minute’s rest away from combat is enough to put you back into fighting condition, muscle strain and psychological problems are only problems for other people. Your endurance is also upgraded a bit, enough to keep fighting despite being wounded due to your newly found ability to suppress pain’s affect on your performance, and things like motion sickness, illnesses, or other minor non-combat related problems aren’t a thing for you.

  • Devil Arm Generation: Upon defeating a being with intense supernatural energies you are able to turn them into weapons of power. The weapons hold the essence of the being, and while forming the weapon you are capable of influencing its shape and how it manifests your foe’s strength. Over time the weapons are capable of growing stronger, and you may infuse the strength of other defeated foes to the weapons if the new defeated foe is similar enough to the foe the weapon was made from.

  • Divinity Statues: You’ll find the statues of an attractive lion head wearing woman holding a hourglass in places where you’ll encounter a lot of demons, or from time to time after hunting a lot of stray demons. These statues are dedicated to a divine being that hates demons and has the domains of War, Space, and Time. Whenever you touch a statue you return to perfect health, feel like you enough energy to fight an army by yourself, though you cannot use it to cheat in battles or get addicted to the high. Touching the statues also allows you to know how many demons you killed and use that number for a number of boons. The first boon is of skill, you can ask the Divinity Statue for any skill you can imagine and use your kill number as days of training nonstop for the skill, the Divinity Statue will use its powers over Space and Time to create a ‘What If’ timeline where you had trained that skill nonstop without rest or breaks for as many days as the number of kills you spend, and graft the fruits of that version of you into your body. The second boon is beneficial items, they can be money, literal magical health potion, or anything else, the rarer something is the more expensive it is, something utterly unique to have only one of in existence would require you to cleanse that existence of all demons. The third boon is to empower your items, from enchantments that make slash your blade in a particular way generate flames to a pistol shooting higher caliber than its size would suggest, the more impossible the enchantment and the stronger the item, the more kills it will take to make any changes to it. The fourth and final boon is abilities you do not have and cannot acquire through training, these can be things like genetics, magical abilities, or innate talent for a subject, however do know that this is the most expensive boon you can ask for. The Divinity Statue can work as a teleporter through time and space, allowing you to move between the statues you touched before, even the ones in the games. Lastly, should you ever be slain time will return to the last moment you touched a Divinity Statue, with you keeping only your memories and physical gains, allowing you to retry against the enemies who bested you once before.

Optional Tickets:

  • Body Resculpting: You get a ticket that only you can see, it is always in your hand whenever you want it to be. Just as the instructions on it says, standing in front of a reflective surface while holding it gives you the ability to alter your appearance by thinking. The changes you make are retroactive, so if you commit a crime and change your appearance, everyone will still know it was you who did it. You can rip apart the ticket by deliberately and of your own will don't want to have it anymore and lose it forever.

  • Reincarnation: You get a ticket that only you can see, it is always in your hand whenever you want to look at it, once ripped in two you will get a floating menu that lets you customize the life, the world, the universe, and the multiverse of your reincarnation. You will even be able to choose at which age your memories will return. If you die and haven't used the ticket yet you will reincarnate with all the choices you would've picked if you had ripped the ticket yourself, and get another ticket. You can 'cheat' the system by never using the ticket, it won't rip unless you are absolutely certain that you want to end your current life and reincarnate elsewhere without hesitation.
