AI summary

Gives you a perfect measurement of your own Power Level across several axes — Combat Support modelling how others would fight for you, Attack Potential measuring damage dealt to a stationary dummy in ten seconds, and Personal Value measuring what you could grab unopposed in five minutes — and a Gacha System granting one daily roll of something at or below that level. You can Merge with any roll, object or being, to share your healing with a wounded one or transform parts of your body into it — becoming a bouncing ball to survive a fall, or growing wheels for feet. You can also Assimilate rolls that are not mere objects, or Summon them outright, and none of these powers are detectable by anyone unless you are actively using them.

Description

A dimly glowing water bottle, drinking it gives you a momentary taste of expectations, and a variation of the Gacha System.

  • Power Measurement: You have a perfect ability to measure your exact 'power' level. Despite the name being 'power measurement', it measures multiple complex things at every moment of your existence and informs you at all times of any changes.

  • Combat Support: This runs a 'what if' scenario of you getting attacked and the reactions of those around you to support you in such a situation, and puts their capabilities and willingness to fight for you into numerical format. Would they be able to withstand a single attacker, two attackers, a horde of attackers? And would they be willing to fight for you? These are the things Combat Support part of the Power Measurement measures. An armed bodyguard with the will to kill for you until their shift is over holds far more weight in this measurement than a weak family member that would die for you.

  • Attack Potential: This measures how much damage you can deal to a dummy standing still in front of you in ten seconds. You can 'trick' this value by speeding on a car, because technically the dummy is standing still but you aren't, so the first strike will deal far more damage than what you can with your fists. The durability of the dummy scales with your Combat Support, so even if you get a disintegration gun, which would maximize your value, if your Combat Support isn't there, the maximum Power Level you can gain from this part is far lower than it could be.

  • Personal Value: This measures the amount of 'value' you have in your grasp. The 'grasp' here is the items you can grab in five minutes and no one would physically object to you grabbing them. Even if you own a bank, if you do not have the money stacked around you, or in accessible reach, the Personal Value measurement won't count it. It also won't count your debts, or whether you own the item or not. The Personal Value you have cannot exceed your Attack Power's when counting for your overall Power Measurement.

  • Gacha System: You have a Gacha System that works differently from the others. Everyday you get a single roll and when rolled you'll get something equal or lower than your Power Level. You can get a normal spoon to pets to actual super powers to fictional characters, but nothing you gain will be more powerful than your overall Power Level. Nor will you ever get rolls from the world you are in, so no Vibranium in MCU, or money for that matter, though you can get jewelry or gold to sell. Your rolls aren't entirely random, you will gain things related to your desires and needs, if you feel lonely you might get a parrot, and if you feel hungry you might get a year's worth of cereal boxes. The things you gain from your rolls get stored in an inventory that lets you inspect them or split them (if they are part of a package) without taking them out, however once you pull something out of the inventory then you cannot put them back in. Also the summoned things will be clearly labeled, so you'll know which apple is the poisoned one from Snow White and which is the Idunn's Apple. There are three things you can do with your rolls.

  • Merge: You can Merge with your roll. Regardless of what they are, whether they be an inanimate bottle opener or a living robot, you can merge with them. There are multiple benefits to Merging.

  • You can merge with a wounded roll to share your healing rate with them, while not being assimilated or summoned keeps them stable.

  • You can transform your body into the things you Merged, such as becoming a bouncing ball to avoid the force of a fall, or morph your feet into wheels of a car to go fast. Any damage you take in your original form will be spread out amongst your Merged rolls, and broken things, whether they be living or objects, will slowly get fixed by your healing rate. The one exception to that is consumables, which will be used automatically over time as your body needs them, if your body needs vitamin X then your body will extract any and all trace amounts there is from the bottle of bleach you Merged previously, if your body needs to coagulate your blood to avoid bleeding out then the black mamba poison you Merged will be used at trace amounts, eventually any and all the consumables you Merge with will become a substance called the 'Remains' which holds no reason to exist and shall promptly transform into the aether upon being summoned. The one drawback of the Merge option is that Merged rolls cannot improve, your healing will fix them to perfect condition but beyond that a Merged Saiyan won't give you any Zenkai boosts by healing.

  • Assimilate: You can Assimilate your roll. However the rolls you can use Assimilate option on cannot be objects. That does not mean you can't use it on arguably intelligent robots, sentient objects like talking swords, or even animals in general. When you assimilate a being you gain their traits, such as the flexibility of a jellyfish or the hardness of a tortoise. You can pull and push such traits up and down as needed, becoming unbendingly hard like the walls of a monster house, or as light as a bird, whenever needed. It is possible to mold your appearance according to your assimilated rolls but it isn't a quick process, though assimilating similar rolls will make it easier to imitate a shapeshifter. You can also become a human sized bird that is capable of flight if you Assimilate a normal bird, or become a bird sized human by molding your size. When you assimilate a roll you gain their powers, capabilities, talents, and instincts, all at a slightly lower level than the original. You do not gain their knowledge, however you can perform their expertise at a similar level if you focus on channeling them, acting similar to them or consciously adopting their traits, such as dressing up like them or imitating their speech patterns. Similarly by focusing on a trait of your Assimilated rolls you can push it upwards or downwards, such as being read as a woman on Themyscira if you Assimilated a female being, even if outwardly you are still the same male as before.

  • Summon: You can Summon your rolls. How it works when the subject is an inanimate material is simple, you Summon it and it appears before you. When the roll is a complex object like a building it becomes similarly complex. Summoning a building will enlarge the universe itself, creating space where there wasn't one before, and don't worry this won't be detected by any locals, regardless of their power level. When you are Summoning something with intelligence it becomes a bit more interesting as they become bound to you, unable to harm you or act in ways that would harm you. The 'harm you or act in ways that would harm you' part is judged by an impartial and distant observer, so if you decide to form a close connection with one of your Summons then they will be able to express themselves freely and might even break up with you however they cannot get angry over your cheating and decide to take a knife to your car's tires. They will only be able to express their opinions without harming you or your reputation, and will still be forced to obey your commands as your Summon. It is possible to release your Summons from your control entirely, however to do that you first have to visit their home worlds and release them there. Your Summons are also protected from detection as outsiders, have a slight SEP Field(somebody else's problem) surrounding them, and won't betray you even unintentionally, such as saving an enemy of your if you had sent them out to work as a miraculous healer, they will instinctively know that healing that patient would be against your interest and thus refuse to heal them regardless of what sort of mind control is used on them.

  • The powers and abilities you get a result of this essence are undetectable by anyone else without you actively using them. If you stood in front of Tattletale in Worm, she would see you as an ordinary guy no different than any other if you did not gain any power in-setting. Even if you go in front of all the best scanners in the Omniverse and have them link up to your mind, they wouldn't be able to detect you as anything more than a perfectly normal guy, born and bred in that world. They might read your thoughts, read your desires and fears, they might predict your every action, but they won't be able to see it if you can fly thanks to a power from the Gacha, they won't notice if you can partition your mind, they won't find anything regardless of their power level.

  • As the owner of a Gacha System you are protected from any and all physical, mental, spiritual, and reality based manipulations. No one can reach into your mind and enslave you, or turn you into an abomination. Neither can they delete the world you are on, or scrap the timeline you are in, and erase you, because you will reappear in an even better position than you were before. Maybe the world will be weaker, so that your influence can be greater, or maybe you find yourself in a younger version of your body yet still with all your physical gains intact, or maybe the location you find yourself in after the reality warping will be advantageous in some other way.

  • If you wish for a more concrete way to measure your rolls, then use a 1D100. At 75 you'll get the best result for your Power Level, for example wanting a meal before rolling and getting a magical bread that keeps you perfectly nourished for a week with each bite. At 80 you might get something useful to you that you did not even think of, like wanting a meal and getting a potion to cure you of a curse making you need twice as much food to be full. At 90 you might get something even stronger, like a power to gain nourishment from sunlight. At 100, well, you might get something unique and strong, like a House Elf that can conjure food with the snap of its fingers and cook for you better than a 5 star chef.
