Essence of TheItem Eater

A tiny vial with no cap, looking at it you instinctively know that to gain its power you must eat the vial. Whether you gulp it down whole or bite into it, it will go down smoothly.

• By taking this essence you gain a simple power. You gain the powers and abilities of the things you eat. When you try to eat an item your mouth, throat, and digestive track will expand to accommodate the item, and absorbing the item will be easy and harmless, regardless of the item's nature. You can even eat a nuclear bomb and be fine.

• Whenever you eat an item you gain its capabilities, properties, and, if there is any, powers.

• Ate an enchanted flute that masterfully plays itself? Your body will be able to shift into its materials, you will be able to imitate the flute's music from your mouth, shift your limbs or whole body into the flute(you'll be a human sized flute though), and gain the ability to masterfully play the flute.

• Same thing with a smartphone. You will be able to make calls mentally, form the flashlight from any part of your body, play its games in your mind, and more. But you will only be able to do the things you know the item is capable of, and the more extreme capabilities like utilizing the phone's screen to camouflage your skin will require extensive training to unlock, and even more focus to keep active while moving.

• The longer an item has been eaten, the more it will become part of you, meaning you will find it more flexible in utilization and all around easier to use. You will eventually find any and all hidden or unknown capabilities, but depending on the complexity, it might take a long time.

• It is also possible to create copies of your eaten items, the process is similar to nail growth, but conscious. You can make a copy of the item you've eaten grow on your skin, and then rip it off, preferably gently, otherwise you might bleed a little.

• Likewise you can accelerate your digestion time by focusing on it, so you won't be immobile for long if you eat a fridge or something. Though forcing the digestion too much might damage the item.

• You can improve the abilities you gain through this power by eating similar things or straining the items' capabilities. Transforming your body into the items will increase the results of your training.

• Eating enough plants will eventually grant you a high enough skill with photosynthesis that you will never need to worry about your technological item abilities getting exhausted whenever there is sun out.

• To clarify you do not need to transform your body to utilize the abilities of the items you eat, but doing to enhances the capabilities and increases your training efforts. You also gain a growing defense the more you eat, simply by eating enough spinach your skin can become as tough as iron due to its high iron content.
