And should you die in the name of protecting someone you love they will find their life blessed in various ways, as if you are their guardian angel, still protecting them from the afterlife. You will be able to sense whenever something bad is going to happen to someone you care about, giving you the time to hurry to them and save your loved ones from harm in the nick of time. And lastly, as a heroic figure, your wounds and hurts heal in record time, and correctly. A lost limb would require a prosthetics still, but it would be far more responsive and flexible in your hands than any other's.

• Prison Lessons: It is a fact of life, if you take someone from all they know and place them in a boring cell with strangers, they learn some lessons they never would've outside. • Maintenance Free: Any action in the name of maintaining your capabilities or state now only needs to be done once before the thing you are maintaining gets crystallized as part of your Essence. Workout for a week, and your body will stay at peak form according to the result of your week of training. Refuse a proposition to maintain your virginity, and conceptually be considered virgin even if you later on engage in carnal activities. Ask a friend the meaning of a word in their language, and their explanation will become unforgettable. Eat a meal, never need to eat that meal again as your body will generate all the things that meal gives you ex-nihilo, same with drinking water. Even drinking bleach to kill all bacteria in your body, should you survive the experience, will arm your body with bleach to use against any viruses or unwanted bacteria. Hygiene is also maintained as long as you do it once, whether that be showering, getting a haircut/shave, brushing your teeth, or whatever else, you won't need to repeat it again as dirt and unwanted stuff gets repelled by your body and clothes as if pulled by gravity. Should being in peak form be detrimental to you, such as having huge muscles or too fast blood flow, then your body rapidly shift to how you'd look like if you never exercised since you drank this Essence before returning to your peak form again. This also causes you to not need to go to the toilet if you do not eat or drink, your body not generating any waste. However if you did not do anything to maintain something, such as being worthy of Mjolnir and not considering the idea of maintaining your worthiness, then the Essence won't maintain the worthiness. Certain equipment you use daily will also see benefit from this, only certain items such as a uniform, work tool, and phone, not the other clothes in your wardrobe.
