Essence of TheAngelus (Image Comics)

By drinking this Essence (which resembles a bright light), you become the newest and most powerful host of a dangerous and primordial force: The Angelus. This is literally a palletswap of SleepyWriter's the Darkness Essence.

• The Angelus is a force of light, order, and, ironically, both destruction and creation, among other domains. As it's host, you possess absolute authority and power over all of these, and have complete knowledge of how to use these abilities, and full control over them.

• The Angelus is a sentient force, and has a bad habit of completely taking over it's hosts. However, you will be unaffected by any of it's influences or manipulations, and can even command it as you please. The Angelus will actually give you good advice when it comes to life, battle, and more, should you wish it and she will be flawlessly loyal. Moreover, you possess all the memories and knowledge of any of The Angelus' hosts, past, present, or future.

• You have light control, can teleport, create weapons and tendrils from light, obliterate others with light and fire, create loyal light angels called The Angelus Warriors, and far more light related abilities. If it relates to light, fire, or the day, it's yours to do with as you please.

• Since The Angelus also represents the order that creation brings, you can create anything you can imagine, in any amount, including people. You do need to have some idea of how said thing works, though. These are the powers that come more easily and with more potency, You can do a great deal of unrelated things by using your light power as a medium.

• The primary benefit The Angelus can grant you is an invulnerable suit of armor, which can defend you against almost any attack or harm, support you in any environment, heal any injuries you take, and can even change into any form you want it to (among MANY other tricks and abilities).

• You can use The Angelus to destroy your enemies, gaining their skills, knowledge, memories, and powers, along with the ability to shift into their form and flawlessly impersonate them. This allows you to expand your repertory and gain powers unrelated to the Angelus.

• The Angelus does have one weakness though: darkness. You can stockpile energy but unless you are in direct contact with light you will run out. However, this is not a crippling weakness. You will be defeatable in the darkness, but actually doing so will be a Herculean task, to say the least. Moreover, there are ways to get around your weakness, like using other spells to create light and fuel your powers.

• None of these powers can be stripped from you, nullified, erased, or otherwise tampered with by any means that you do not give knowing consent to, even if it is a Supreme Being doing the tampering. This also prevents The Angelus passing on from leaving you have without your knowing consent (though you can gift portions of The Angelus and it's power to others if you wish, and revoke them at any time),

• Alternatively, you can choose to become The Angelus itself, which will give you all of these aforementioned abilities, as well as complete and total control over those you possess/take residence in, from their mind and body right down to their soul.
