10You may perfectly copy the powers of everything you put your eyes upon. This is not restricted to Zanpakuto like the original. It encompasses everything that you wish, copying weapons, internal powers, magical spells, magical resistances, mystical artifacts, magical energy of different sorts and so on.
You can copy things even if they are sealed or mostly dormant, instantly seeing through the source of the power. If the thing is so sealed it's nearly non-existent you might need a better way to perceive the target. For example Ichigo's sword while he was powerless, you might need to have some deep soul sight to see his sword, but you would still copy his hybrid nature.
The powers you copy are scaled to your own power and strength. Even if you copy a world ending move, if you can only break a building, that is all you're gonna do. However the opposite is also true, if you copy a pathetic but useful power such as perfect healing in a small area of the body, you might heal an entire planet if you are strong enough.
This 'copy' extends even to things like Potential. These factors are the only ones not scaled, you receive them in full from the target.
Using more than one similar copied power gives out a synergy that is much greater than 1+1. Using two different fire attacks will give out a singular attack that is considerably stronger for the energy price of these two. This includes even power sets. Copying both Cursed Energy and Chakra will give your inner energy the properties of both, as an example.
All your powers, abilities (etc...) are perfectly internalized and will always work as they should.
