By consuming the Essence of the Confidence, you are granted several boons.

• You gain a new body that is at the peak of your species' capability. You can choose to look similar to your old self or completely different. In either choice, your features will be enhanced to peak handsomeness, essentially making you into a walking wet dream for you to be confident about yourself.

• Your potential becomes limitless. You can learn any discipline or skillset, even if you shouldn't be capable of it, without forgetting it and practicing it into mastery, no matter how many you learn. Any abilities you have from other Essences will increase where possible and develop in ways beyond their initial purposes.

• Your growth and learning speed scale with your self-confidence, and if you're confident enough, you might develop powers, although it will start off weak, but in the future, it will grow stronger and more versatile if you believe enough.

• For example, if you believe that you can become physically strong like Saitama in one year with regular exercise training, if you believe that reading a book under an hour will allow you to remember all of the contexts, if you believe you heal faster and grow stronger after surviving a near-death experience, and if you believe enough that you can have Superman's power with out weakness then you can and more so as along your are confident or believe in yourself.

• But that is if you truly believe you can, if there is any hint of doubt in your mind, then your development speed will slow down or even become average.
