You can create skills, such as techniques, or entire martial art systems. Or, if you possess magic you could create spells or complete schools of magic. This is limited by what's possible… Well, mostly.
You can create technology. Just by picturing something, you can instantly generate the blueprints for it. This is also limited by what's possible, so the vaguer you are the better.
You can freely decide how black-boxed your creations are.
You can instantly create other things such as entire books, theories, knowledge and information, and anything else that could feasibly exist in your head. There might also be other uses of this ability you can find.
And lastly, you can create principles. These are actual physical things. You use these to empower your other creations, and create that which is not possible. For example, esoteric particles, energy fields, biological quirks, planes of existence, material interactions, physical laws, etc.
