You possess a Dragon Reactor. Just by breathing, you produce an overwhelming amount of all kinds of mystical energy you have access to. As a rule of thumb, if a normal magic user can be considered a machine that produces that kind of energy, then you're a factory.

You possess strong enough Magic Resistance that will cancel anything short of extremely lengthy magical rituals, or magic on the level of the Gods.

You possess the skill known as Prana Burst. You can enhance yourself and your weapon by covering it with magical energies and creating a force similar to a jet engine. This would allow you to fight superhuman beings much stronger than you even if you are physically weak.

Like Siegfried, your skin gains a form of invulnerability. Since other worlds don't possess the concept of 'Ranks,' this will work by completely negating any sufficiently strong attack from someone that isn't at least five time stronger than you, and canceling 80% of any attack from anyone stronger than that.

You possess the Wisdom of a Dragon. By focusing energy on your eyes you can gain a ridiculous amount of information about whatever is in your line of sight.

You are a Dragonborn, which means you have the Soul and the Blood of a Dragon. This means that you have extreme talent for combat, as well the ability to learn the Thu'um.

You start on the level of an average Legendary Dragon, knowing all the shouts shown in Skyrim. But with time, you can rival the great dragons like Paarthurnax and Alduin. Even normally living your life is enough to slowly advance your skill with the Thu'um.

You possess similar talent for any Dragon-based skill. You can intuitively learn them upon first seeing it or a description of it, and master it in a matter of days.

You can absorb the soul of any Dragon you kill. They don't necessarily need to be a Dovah, any dragon will do. Upon doing this, you will gain all of their skills, any powers and attributes, and memories (You can easily differentiate any gained memories from your own.)

You are a Dragon Slayer. You possess the positives of all generations, with none of the downsides. Your body is massively enhanced, including your senses.

You can choose your Element, of which you'll be able to eat and be mostly immune to. Yes, you can even choose 'Magic' and be like Acnologia.

You can get combination elements by eating other kinds of Magic, although this might make you sick depending on how incompatible the magic is. If you are a Magic Dragon Slayer you just straight up get a new Element of Dragon Slayer Magic instead of getting a combination.

You can freely enter the state of Dragon Force. As a merge of all Generations, your Dragon Force is much more potent in nature than the ones shown in the manga and anime.

You have a Dragon Seed, and will eventually turn into a real Dragon. When that happens, you will have none of the usual downsides, and will be able to freely shift between your forms.

Like the users of the Boosted Gear and the Divine Dividing, you can tap into your dragon power to enter a Scale Mail form of your own design. In this form, all of your attributes will be massively enhanced.

You don't have a Juggernaut Drive since you're not a real Dragon yet, but you can enter a similar form (Let's call it 'Fake Juggernaut Drive. Yes, I'm very creative) with none of the downsides by tapping into your Dragon Force while in the Scale Mail form.

After you become a real Dragon you will get a proper Juggernaut Drive. You will not lose lifespan from it since it's your own power anyway.

You can design your own unique technique similar to Boost, Divide, or Penetrate. The more vague it is, the weaker it will be, and the more specific it is the stronger. You can get new parts in your Scale Mail to help you use it if you want.

It will be weakened until you're a proper dragon. Think of the difference between the Boost of a Booster Gear user and Ddraig.

You possess the legendary Dragon Aura. You can use to fight, like enveloping your body with it or releasing bullets. Besides, it also attracts worthy mates (But you can turn that off.)

You have any ability that I didn't mention here, as long as they came from someone being a "Human with the power of a Dragon."
