By drinking this red Essence in the flask with a pink sticker that has the Roman number 'II', you gain the abilities of all Humanities.

• You can recreate your body to the peak of whatever Humanity your starting world. Your body will always be physically perfect, be it genetically, athletically, or aesthetically. You can customize how you will look, but by default you will look as absolutely perfect, without ever falling into any kind of uncanny valley.

• Although you start in the peak of the Humanity of your starting world, with training you can go to levels achieved by any Humanity. As you reach the peak of all humanities, you'll achieve excelsis and your physical potential will become limitless.

• You will never become weaker from lack of nutrition or training. As long as you aren't completely starving, your body won't degrade, nor will you get fat even if you spend 23 hours of the day doing Mukbang. Besides this, your skills won't ever degrade for any reason: You will still be able to perfectly use all of your skills at full capability even if your mind is completely gone in a berserker rage.

• Optionally, if you aren't Human you gain the stats of a Human added to your own, as well as the ability to take Human form without any kind of downside.

• Your brain can process an infinite amount of information. This won't make you any smarter at first (At least not without any other option), but you'll be able to learn how to think faster, and you'll slowly become smarter just by thinking, as if growing a muscle.

• The latter will affects all of your aspects, including adaptability, agility, analysis, calculation, cognition, competence, deduction, focus, hand-eye coordination, instinct, intuition, learning rate, memory, multitasking, pattern recognition, perceptiveness and attention to detail, reasoning, reaction time, self-awareness, among others.

• As a Composite Human, you can do whatever a human can do in any universe, as long as they aren't using any sort of magic (including manipulations of any supernatural energy which are not called magic), or superpowers granted by another source that are not solely physical or mental enhancement. This includes even things that only a small portion of humanity, or even a single person can do.

• Possible abilities include: Demon's Back (Baki), Mind's Eye [False] and Instinct (Fate), Superhuman Syndrome and Removal (Kengan), Mentat Training and Prescience (Dune), any mutation from Alphas, or the Principle of All Things and Non-Tao-Based Ninjutsu (Hell's Paradise.) By default you have none of these abilities, but you can 'Include' or 'them into your body with just a thought, and remove them just as easily. No one can force you to do this against your will, not even with mental manipulation.

• You can include slightly modified versions of special abilities: For example, using the previous examples, you could alter the Principle of All Things so that instead of an extreme intuition when it comes to 'cutting', it is an intuition for 'striking', or 'grappling'. Or you could make the Superhuman Syndrome affect your bones rather than your muscles. Although there are limits to what you can alter, and you can't completely alter the nature of an ability.

• This also includes thought-patterns. Feel free to make yourself just as smart as Tony Stark, or Lex Luthor. This won't grant you their knowledge, but you will be just as talented and intellectually gifted as them. This might or might not synergize with your infinite processing depending on how much processing power the original had.

• You can include special bodily constitutions, but you will have to train to reach their apex. For example, if you included 'Hanma Yūjirō's bodily constitution' you would either continue just as strong as you are, or your body would change to become as weak as it is physically possible for Yūjirō, whichever is stronger.

• You can include how many you want.

• No matter what skill you try your hand at, you will have talent on par with the greatest Human to ever practice it. Besides that, any supernatural power you have will always be comparable to the strongest human that has less than 30% non-human blood.

• If no human ever practiced it, you will have the highest amount of talent possible for a human.

• You grow stronger dozens of times faster than normal. This includes physical parameters, supernatural energies, skills, and anything else you feel like such as EXP Points with a Gamer System. This growth rate increases massively whenever you're pushed to the brink, and will activate if you ever get hurt, granting you something similar to a Zenkai.

• You possess a mental archive from which you can download all kinds of both natural and supernatural techniques from any universe or setting as long as they were created or used by humans. The Rokushiki (One Piece), Prana-Bindu (Dune), Zoldyck Assassination Techniques (Hunter x Hunter), the Nanaya Assassination Techniques (Tsukihime), the Hercules Method (The Strange Talent of Luther Strode), Supernatural Cooking from Food Wars, the abilities of a Hentai Protagonist, everything is there.

• Any technique will be translated 1-to-1 to your current universe via generally adapting the design to local physics, or subtle, imperceptible alterations to local physics if that isn't possible.

• Any skill you downloaded will be conventionally mastered, with you having the equivalent of fifty years of constant training with them (Around 438'000 hours.) If you download an ability with requirements, you'll gain the minimum abilities needed to use it for free outside the fifty years. For example, if you downloaded Shishimi Jūzō's Conceptual Severing skill then you would get the minimum of his swordsmanship skills to be able to use it effectively.

• When you download a technique, you instantly gain the human body composition to be able to use it, giving you the capabilities as if you actually trained it: Your body become fitter if you master a martial art, and your mind is upgraded as if you actually trained it, gaining all attributes a master of their craft would usually have.

• You possess protections against those who might try to steal or copy your techniques, with those with such abilities simply not being able to comprehend them. You can deactivate this, either to allow someone to copy your techniques or to teach it to another person.

• While you won't have knowledge of abilities that need supernatural energies, you do have the knowledge of techniques that can grant you energies or similar effects as long as they are based on the human body. For example, you can perform Hamon (JoJo), and the Demons Slayer Breathing Methods since they are based on breathing, an aspect of the common human body. You will gain the relevant knowledge of any ability you learn this way.

• Any ability to learn this way will be internalized if they require an outside source, although you will still be able to tap in its original source if it exists in your current universe.

• This includes any technology made or reverse-engineered by Humans. Any technology from other universes will be similarly translated 1-to-1 to your current universe via generally adapting the design to local physics, or subtle, imperceptible alterations to local physics if that isn't possible.

• You are completely compatible with any kind of augmentation, no matter if it is biological, technological, mystical, or supernatural. Any procedure will always be completely safe no matter how scuffed it is, and you'll never have any kind of side-effect from it.

• As a freebie, you have the ability to control your fertility from absolute 0% of chance to 100%. You can also control your menstrual cycle if you are female.
