By drinking this Essence that tastes like iron, you gain the abilities of a supersoldier.

• You can recreate your body to the peak of whatever species you are a member of. Your body will always be physically perfect, be it genetically, athletically, or aesthetically. You can customize how you will look, but by default you will look as perfect as it is physically possible without any supernatural effect, without ever falling into any kind of uncanny valley.

• You will never become weaker from lack of nutrition or training. As long as you aren't completely starving, your body won't degrade, nor will you get fat even if you spend 23 hours of the day during Mukbang. Besides this, your skills won't ever degrade for any reason: You will still be able to perfectly use all of your skills at full capability even if your mind is completely gone in a berserker rage.

• You are a Composite Human Super-Soldier. This allows you to 'include' augmentations to your body, as long as they aren't magical. With this, you could grant yourself almost any augmentation you know: For example, adding the augmentations of both an Spartan, and an Astartes (You can either add all of them, or individually), or maybe any augmentation from Cyberpunk. You can also control your size, being able to keep a human frame in the case of the former. You can also merge similar augmentations. You can remove augmentations just as easily as you can add.

• Besides physical augmentations, you can also include 'Serums.' For example, the Super Soldier Serum from Marvel, or the Serum that enhanced Deathstroke in DC.

• You can summon copies of the equipment used by Supersoldiers in any universe. The Mjolnir Powered Armor, Captain America's child, Astartes Power Armor, etc.

• You know to recreate any technology you can interact with this Essence.

• You grow stronger dozens of times faster than normal. This includes physical parameters, supernatural energies, skills, and anything else you feel like such as EXP Points with a Gamer System. This growth rate increases massively whenever you're pushed to the brink, and will activate if you ever get hurt, granting you something similar to a Zenkai.

• You possess a mental archive from which you can download any kind of skill that was ever used by the 'super soldier' archetype. Any skill you downloaded will be conventionally mastered, with you having the equivalent of ten years of constant training with them.

• Any technique will be translated 1-to-1 to your current universe via generally adapting the design to local physics, or subtle, imperceptible alterations to local physics if that isn't possible.

• As a freebie, you have the ability to control your fertility from absolute 0% of chance to 100%. You can also control your menstrual cycle if you are female.
