AI summary
Lets you remake yourself as the King of Heroes, looking however you like within human bounds and defaulting to Gilgamesh's extreme handsomeness or an equally beautiful Fem!Gilgamesh, with supernatural physical parameters — punches that pulverise skyscrapers, durability to survive blows from your equals, and speed that leaves modern vehicles behind. Your magic power rivals thousands of first-class mages, generated by the glowing red Divine Patterns marking your body, backed by magic resistance that cancels anything short of a lengthy ritual or god-tier magic, and two-thirds divinity that passively repels curses and other non-physical attacks. You also hold Golden Rule making wealth your fate, charisma that raises armies' morale to their maximum and approaches sorcery in its charm, Prototype Gilgamesh's swordsmanship capable of standing off Arthur Pendragon while dual-wielding, his absolute strength of will without the inflexible ego, and — should you ever become a Servant — Independent Action: EX for complete self-reliance and rapid magical energy regeneration.

Description
By drinking this Essence that tastes like carbonated molten gold, you gain the abilities of the King of Heroes:
Effects
24You can remake your body as the AUO. You can look like anything as long as it is human, but you default to either Gilgamesh's extreme handsomeness, or a Fem!Gilgamesh who is equally beautiful.
Your physical parameters are downright supernatural. You possess strength to pulverize a skyscraper with your punches, durability to survive hits of those equal to you, moving speed that leaves all modern jets in the dust and combat speed fast enough to react and fight opponents fighting at light speed.
You possess a ridiculous amount of magic power, comparable to thousands of first-class Mages. They are generated in your Divine Patterns, red tattoo-like marks in your body that shine when they are used, the Age of Gods much superior equivalent of Magic Circuits. Your magic regeneration is such that you likely could power the abilities you have gained from this Essence indefinitely.
You possess strong enough Magic Resistance that will cancel anything short of extremely lengthy magical rituals, or magic on the level of the Gods.
You are two third Gods, possessing a high amount of Divinity. This energy allows you to passively resist non-physical attacks that directly affect you, like curses. No one can affect you through your Divinity, so Anti-Divine weapons will work on you as well as they would on a random mortal.
You possess a skill called 'Golden Rule.' It is your fate to be rich. Even if you were homeless, it wouldn't be crazy if you found the winning tickets of the lottery in the trash, or if some random millionaire left their inheritance to you for whatever reason. As long as you seek money, such occurrences will happen to you daily.
You possess extreme charisma: You can easily lead armies, increasing their morale to the highest possible level. Besides this, your charm is enough to the level it can almost be compared to sorcery: You just have an air that people would find you likeable and listen to your words even if you were a complete and utter asshole.
Like Prototype Gilgamesh, you are an extremely skilled swordsman, being able to fight Arthur Pendragon to a standstill while dual-wielding. You also possess similar skill with most melee weapons, and will always possess above-average skill in using whatever weapon or tool you touch.
You possess Gilgamesh's absolute strength of will. Unlike him, your ego won't grow to become completely unbending and set in stone, with you keeping your beliefs and flexibility you possess now. You are completely immune to mental interference and corruption. Even being dunked in a mud composed of all the evil in the world wouldn't affect you.
If you ever become a Servant, you will acquire the skill "Independent Action: EX." You are completely self-reliant, requiring no support from your Master even for fights. You regenerate magical energy at the same rate as if you were alive, and will not be restricted by a Servant vessel.
You possess several of Gilgamesh's Noble Phantasms.
Treasury of Babylon: Technically not a Noble Phantasm, but a demiplane most of Gilgamesh's Noble Phantasms connect to. It possesses all treasures that exist in the Type-Moon universe, even the ones that Gilgamesh normally wouldn't have like Divine Constructs that he didn't obtain in life or weapons made by other non-human beings. You also possess the skill called 'Collector,' which is 'the very essence of human ingenuity,' which instantly adds every human item from whatever universe you are connected to your Treasury. The traits of your weapons will adapt to any world you ever set foot in, so Anti-Divine weapons will always affect Gods no matter they nature, Anti-Magic will always affect supernatural effects, etc. You have an infinite supply of anything stored in the treasury, and can recall anything with just a thought, with the item restored to a pristine, unused state.
You possess Caster Gilgamesh's Item Construction (Fake). It is not a real creation of items, but rather, any item that you want and can be created will be retroactively added to your Treasury.
Optionally, your Collector skill has mutated, now granting instant access to items from other races besides humans.
Optionally, your Treasury might contain copies of non-items Noble Phantasms, like God Hand, Armor of Fafnir, or Knight of Owner. These take the form of small rings of light you can equip, and unequip at will.
Optionally, you might have the ability to use your Treasury like a Reality Marble, swapping it with the real world at will by calling its name. You can freely choose what it looks like. Ha, take that Faker!
Gate of Babylon: The first Noble Phantasm connected to your Treasury. This allows you to connect to the Treasury by creating golden swirling portals. You can either instantly generate these portals in your hand, or generate them in the air to send them to your target at a speed that even you wouldn't be able to react to. There is no limit on how many you can create, and you can generate them wherever you can perceive, although there is a tiny lag of half a second whenever the item in the portal is about to be released.
Bab-ilu: The second Noble Phantasm connected to your Treasury. A tattoo that proves your Kingship. It is a Noble Phantasm very similar to Gate of Babylon, so much it can almost be considered its alternate version. When activated, ten golden orbs float around you, of which you can freely modify the position with just a thought. You can release any treasure in you Treasury from these orbs. While the amount of orbs is fixed, and therefore to the Gate of Babylon's almost limitless amount of portals, there is no half-second lag between the release of treasures, and they can be released in a rapid-fire way almost like a machine gun.
Sha Naqba Imuru: Gilgamesh's mentality as He Who Saw the Deep. It is an ability that has spread across all corners of the world as if the brilliance of the stars, seeing through all creation, effectively allows you to see the past, the future, and the present, anywhere you want; A Clairvoyance skill of the highest level. It also gives you an enormous amount of information on whatever you are looking at, discerning heavily concealed truths with a single glance. This includes but is not limited to: True name, abilities and powers, strength and weakness, etc. This also allows you to always know the best possible move to achieve your goals, essentially a Path to Victory. Like Gilgamesh, you can keep this ability restrained if you want to give your opponents a fighting chance.
Weapon Noble Phantasms: All of those are stored in your Treasury, and can be summoned by Babi-lu or Gate of Babylon.
Enkidu: The chains used to bind the Bull of Heaven. Normally, it would be an Anti-Divine weapon with the concept of "reigning over the gods,' its strength and durability of the chain grows stronger with the target having higher Divinity. But this Noble Phantasm was modified by the Essence-Maker so that you can set any 'trait' as its enemy, and it will affect it as if it was affecting Divinity. This Noble Phantasm grows stronger the more stricter is the trait you have chosen. You can use this Noble Phantasm physically, or by releasing the chains through the Gate of Babylon or Bab-ilu.
Enki: Two golden single-edged swords. They are virtually indestructible, and sharp enough to cut just about anything that doesn't have supernatural effects affecting them. They can also turn their hilt to ninety degrees to be used as tonfa knives. You can connect the two swords to form a bow-like construct, of which a string of light will be generated for you to pull. When pulled, an orbital cannon will be summoned in space, releasing the arrow that when hitting your target will summon a flood that will become worse with every passing day. On the seventh day, it will turn into the Surge of Utnapishtim.
Ea: The Sword of Rupture. It is a sword that only you can use. When activated, its segments will spin in opposite directions, creating red winds that can sever space. By calling the name of 'Enuma Elish,' you can release it at full strength. This version of Ea has been modified, with its highest output being strong enough to erase an entire timeline.
Optionally, you might have any ability that Gilgamesh ever had in Type-Moon that wasn't mentioned here.
