• You gain the ability to spontaneously create Noble Phantasms. You do this using your stamina. Generally, starting from E-Rank each Rank you add to your Noble Phantasm is equal to three hours of strenuous exercise. Meanwhile, a Plus costs one hour. An EX-Ranked Noble Phantasm is worth twenty hours.

• You can turn already-existing things into Noble Phantasms.

• These Noble Phantasms can take any form you can think of. Be they weapons, armor, techniques, constitutions, events, places, or anything else.

• They can be anything you choose: You can freely choose their names, how they function, their powers, Rank, what energy source they use, concepts they are based on or embody, or anything else that have to do with their creation.

• You don't need legends to create a Noble Phantasm, but ones based around legends of your current world are generally stronger than one from the same rank that was created from nothing.

• You possess a database containing all the Noble Phantasms from the Nasuverse, which allow you to perfectly recreate each one if you want.

• You possess a database containing all the legendary items from any world you find yourself in, which allow you to recreate each one as a Noble Phantasm if you want.

• Created Noble Phantasms can be summoned and dismissed at will. If broken, they are automatically dismissed (Unless you don't want that to happen), and you can summon them again in pristine form.
