• Your body is altered to fit your ideal, except for the addition of horns (Which you can design), and extremely pale skin and white hair.

• You are extremely strong: Possessing physical attributes greater than both Sasuke or Naruto, and a massive pool of Chakra greater than Six Paths Madara. You also possess access to the Five Elements, as well as Yin and Yang. You also possess the ability of flight.

• You possess an insane amount of control over your Chakra, being able to replicate and improve most techniques you've seen even if only once. If given access to Ninjutsu, you will be able to come up with techniques on the fly.

• You possess the Byakugan. Unlike the one of the Hyuga, yours is magnitudes stronger, being able to see over hundreds of kilometers. Your can also create a unique ability related to sight for your Byakugan: For example, seeing the thoughts of the target, seeing the fate of the target, or seeing the lifeforce of the target.

• You possess the ability to create dark portals of a color of your choice to travel directly to where you want to go, similar to the portals created by the Karma. Alternatively, you might get the Yomotsu Hirasaka.

• You can brand a target with the Karma Seal to revive yourself in case you die. Due to your unique otherworldly nature, anyone is compatible with your Karma. You also uniquely won't lose all of your brands after you resurrect. You can also brand the White Karma if you want, allowing the target to become an Otsutsuki by eating a Chakra Fruit.

• You possess millennia of combat experience (Or the equivalent in instincts if you don’t want the memories.)

• You possess the ability to either create your own Dojutsu, or pick one more fictional eye ability to be combined into one. You can choose if it will replace Byakugan, or if you have an extra eyeball, or even if you are able to swap them at will. You can even pick an eye-based Essence like the 666 Evil Eyes to fill this spot if you want it. Alternatively, you can just pick a canon Dojutsu, or an improved version of one.

• You can choose your own unique abilities. This can be an ability possessed by other Otsutsuki, like the Tool Creation Technique, a power you invented, or even a Ninjutsu Technique brought to its logical limit. You can have as many as you want.

• You can create your own Shinjutsu (Divine techniques that can be used without hand-signs, and are closer to a God's authority than Ninjutsu.) This option works similarly to the one above, just stronger.

• As an Otsutsuki, you possess the same powerful Chakra as the Sage of Six Paths. This allows you to possess the power of the Six Paths Sage Mode, and Six Paths Senjutsu in the case you ever learn Senjutsu.

• As an Otsutsuki, your potential is infinite. If you somehow absorb too much energy, instead of reaching a limit, you will assume a new empowered form, which might give you even more genetic mutations. You can eventually return to normal with you base power increased, although uniquely, you are able to assume any of these forms at will.

• You possess a mutated Divine Tree. It's capable of freely changing between the forms of a seedling (Ten-Tails), and Divine Tree, without the need of a sacrifice. It's able to bloom into a Chakra Fruit by absorbing the blood in the ground, by forcibly taking the lifeforce of all life using its roots, or by feeding it an appropriately strong sacrifice (At least above Moon Level.) • Choose a setting. This is the origin of the Chakra Fruit you ate, granting a number of your choice of unique abilities based on that setting. Alternatively, you might instead choose not to do this, and just decide it was a world of normal humans with no special abilities.

• You can fuse with your Divine Tree, receiving the same absolute power Kaguya achieved. This grants you the Rinne-Sharingan as long as you're fused, a Dojutsu with the powers of both the Rinnegan, and the Sharingan. You can design it's unique ability, and decide where it will manifest. Unlike Kaguya, this won't drive you insane, and you can unfuse with it at any point without any side-effects.

• You possess an Otsutsuki servant as your pair. You can design them at will, including their looks and personality, and their powers by using any option in this Essence not related to the Ten-Tails. Or you can just leave it to chance, I guess. They will be completely loyal and devoted to you, and won’t stab your back like a certain Rabbit Goddess.
