• You can nullify, enhance, modify, copy, or even steal the powers of others or yourself. This works in any kind of powers, be it biological-based mutations, some kind of magical ability, some kind of serum-based enhanced, clusters of metaphysical information, shards of some kind of being, etc. You can freely convert a power of any kind to another kind. This is a sight-based power.

• Enhancing powers is almost like building something out of lego if you had infinite pieces. There are infinite possibilities in what you can do, and you can eventually become more skilled in this process. Will you create a powerful, efficient one with just a few metaphorical pieces? Or will you create an unstoppable, ugly juggernaut by just putting millions of pieces together?

• To the world, this process is instantaneous. But in your mind it can take as long as you need, as if you were physically doing it.

• You can similarly modify and enhance the powers of others. You can also change the nature of their power.

• You can store an infinite amount of powers inside you.

• You also have the ability to forcefully activate and control the powers of others. For example, you could make Superman activate his heat vision, and force him to aim wherever you want. This only works as long as you can physically see the target.

• You can sense powers and what they can do, perceiving them in an entire block around you. With time and/or use, the area you can perceive them will increase.

• You can subconsciously sense the activation of powers and their intent, giving you some kind of danger sense, but for powers only. With training, you can do that consciously.

• You can create new powers. These powers initially start weak, the equivalent to building-level at most. Their nature is fully in your control. Strengthening these powers is much more effective than those powers you got in other ways.

• Whenever you sense a power, you gain its information even if you didn't copy. The more information you have, the stronger will your powers be when they're first created.

• You have subconscious control over all of your stolen, copied, and created powers. This allows you to to use them as if you had completely mastered them and knew all their tricks. Although this won't give you any 'moves,' so training is still somewhat useful, even if to just come up with new ways to use them.

• You can disassemble and fuse powers, taking aspects from several to create new ones, or even straight up merging powers together in whatever way you prefer.
