You're not a 'comic book genius' like Reed Richards or Lex Luthor, but elevated to similar heights as 'natural humans', such as Einstein, Hawking, da Vinci, etc. You can decide what/how this affects and what/how it doesn't.
You have five Nexuses. These Nexuses can be added to any particular Subject you feel like. These Nexuses have the ability to instantly calculate and research anything that falls within your Subject. You can freely change the Subjects of the Nexuses at any time.
In Worm terms, the first Nexus added to something would give you a Tinker 6 rating, while each one after that would add two more ranks to it.
This is oversimplifying how it works. The PRT rating system was made to calculate threat levels. But adding more Nexuses also increases things like efficiency, overall design, understanding, and such.
Every single six months, you gain another Nexus.
You gain perfect understanding of anything you built or worked upon, even after removing the Nexus from the Subject. In fact, new Subject Nexuses can build upon the knowledge you got this way from another Nexus if compatible enough.
