By consuming this Essence that appears to be made out of concentrated competitive spirit, you are granted several boons:

• You get a one-time body remodel to the age, gender and physique of your choice.

• You gain the Blessing of Ho-Oh, which gives you eternal youth, immunity to the fog of ages, and resurrective immortality. You can also share this blessing with people of your choosing, and take it away if need be as well.

• You gain access to a team of six Pokemon (including Fakemon) of your choice, with the caveat that you can only choose one Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast for your team. You can choose to have this Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast Pokemon take up a seventh slot in your Party, at the cost of it being in a temporarily depowered state.

• In addition, one Pokemon on your team becomes your Partner Pokemon, gaining enhanced stats, Moves that it normally would not be able to learn, additional Abilities in addition to the one it was born with, and potentially other powers, such as newly discovered Mega Evolutions, Z-Moves, Gigantamaxes, or even powers such as the mythical Battle Bond.

• Note, however, that if your team has a Legendary on it, they cannot qualify to be your Partner Pokemon, as generally most Legendaries are powerful enough as is due to their high stats and other stated abilities.

• Additionally, you can choose to start out with only your chosen Partner Pokemon, with you meeting the rest of your team later, no matter what world you find yourself in.

• Alternatively, you can choose to use the entirety of your collection of Pokemon from Pokemon Home, Bank, Ranch, Box or other Pokemon Storage programs as your team, freely swapping between them in your party of six. You can also store any kind of Fakemon you find here too!

• You also gain the ability to open portals to and from the Pokemon World, as well as the Ultra Megalopolis and any of the Ultra Beasts homeworlds. You also, with some effort, cross over to the rest of the Nintendo multiverse, along with the various other universes that have appeared in the Super Smash Bros. Series.

• In addition to the above, Pokemon and Pokemon Trainers will begin appearing in your world, with people and Pokemon working together to make a better world by fighting climate change and injustices the world over both.

• You also gain a ranch capable of holding and feeding all of the Pokemon you catch, along with one or more of your Pokemon knowing the move Secret Power, which allows you to create a trans-universal Secret Base. Yes, your ranch can be inside of the Secret Base. No, I don’t know how that works.

• You also gain a bag with infinite storage space that can hold things inside that are bigger than its opening, along with a lifetime supply of all kinds of Pokeballs (except Master Balls) to go with it.

• On top of that, you may also choose to receive any of the following characters as companions. You can pick as many as you please and share any of your Essence-Based powers with them. The relationship between you and them is whatever you wish for it to be, and you can choose exactly how romantically or sexually attracted to you they are.

• Misty.

• May.

• Dawn / Akari.

• Iris.

• Serena.

• Lillie.

• Mallow.

• Lana.

• Any Other Female Pokemon Trainer or Pokemon.
