AI summary

Makes you king of a fantasy race — orcs, elves, dwarves, fae, fantasy humans, anything but dragons, though half-dragon races qualify — with a one-time tune-up to your best self or an enhanced version of that race, and gives you the Songs of Syx interface for designing and building housing, workshops, farms, pastures and logistics, civic and health infrastructure. You may start in your old world, a virgin Earth or any fictional world, and can build a scalable gate to travel between them, beginning with 55 of your chosen race and growing through immigration, breeding — ten days to produce a baby and 48 for it to mature — or conquest. Your population splits into Citizens, who have double the stats of slaves, work better and can be educated to 10–20× productivity, and Slaves, acquired through the slave trader, raiding or criminal sentencing, who do the same work without the benefits and whose children are born into it; you can emancipate slaves, enslave citizens, and pass decrees either way, while buildings can be raised in any style and to any height from stone, wood, furniture, pottery, fabric and metal.

Effects

29
  • You get a one time tune up to become your best self or choose to become a very enhanced version of your chosen fantasy race.

  • Choose any fantasy race, they can be Orcs, Elves, Dwarves, Fantasy Humans like Bretons etc, Fae, and any race in fantasy. No dragons though and yes, this includes half-dragon like races. But you can be beefy fish loving Lizardfolk, or hairy fully furry wolf-folk with snout and full fur body or just another flavor of humans but with animal ears and tails but otherwise fully humanlike. Can also Custom Create Fantasy races and yes they can be immortal, blatant superhumans. They cannot have any magical abilities at the start or be strong enough to destroy a mountain. Note it is at the start later on they can totally do it all.

  • Get the Songs of Syx interface that allows you to design and build buildings, set up workshops, farms, pastures, buildings related to logistics, civics and health.

  • You can choose to start off with in your old world, in a virgin earth, a fantasy world or any fictional world. In any case you can build a gate which can be scaled to any size allowing you to go to any world of your choosing.

  • You start with 55 of your chosen race and can recruit more through immigration do not think how people are able to migrate into your city when you are in a dead world, breeding via setting up nurseries/hatcheries depending on your chosen race or buying slaves from the always open Slave Trader interface. There is no population limit go wild.

  • Breeding citizens has a special note in that it takes 10 days for humanoid races to produce a baby that would be looked after in a nursery and take 48 days to mature into a full adult. Note it takes 2 days for insectoid races to produce a child and take only 16 days to mature into full child. You need at least 20 Citizens of a race to start a breeding program.

  • Your population would be divided into two distinct portions, Citizens and Slaves.

  • Citizens have double the stats of slaves, are better workers and can even be educated via schools and universities to become better workers improving their productivity from 10x to 20x and can be given non-hereditary noble titles that provide colony wide boons. The downside be ready to provide lots of entertainment facilities like taverns, theaters, bathhouses etc. and even expect to be paid to keep their moral up. Low morale would result in them deciding to leave your colony/empire.

  • Slaves can be obtained via the Slave Trader, raiding other factions and enslaving the survivors or making slaves out of criminals. Slaves are can do all the work of Citizens but do not receive the education buffs and cannot be given noble titles, unless they had one before they became slaves. In turn give them a pair of clothes, one meal a day and allow them to heat themselves during the winter and cool themselves during extremely hot days and they would keep on working and most of all do not need to be paid, free labor for the win. Also no slave rebellions here.

  • Note Slaves can also be breed with the child being born a slave and yes to all the bleeding hearts you can emancipate Slaves into Citizens and can also turn citizens into slaves and enact decrees that gives slaves the same rights as Citizens.

  • Building can be built in any manner and style requiring only stone, wood, furniture, pottery, fabrics and metal, depending the purpose of the building. They can also be multi-storied with each level being able to be dedicated to different things from housing to workshops, school etc. with no limit on how high you can build or even how deep you can build. Yes you can fully go dwarf fortress and dig into the terrain and expand things into more.

  • Workshops are your main way of making things from furniture to furnish homes and workstations to tools to increase workshop efficiency to arming your army with the best of arms. As long as resources are feed they would work to full capacity with more employees in a workshop increasing output.

  • All production buildings that produce something or generate gold or research points require Employees. A building is limited on how many employees it can hold based on size and workstations with bigger buildings with more workstations resulting in more employees and thus increasing output.

  • Workshops needs resources and so build resources extraction buildings build one down and start extracting resources infinitely, this means yes you can just make a woodcutter station surrounding a tree and it would generate infinite wood, same with creating a mine that had covers just a mere silver of ore and it would keep generating infinite of that resources. The catch the output would be really low with bigger and better covered areas with more employees increasing the out put.

  • Yes you can make the woodcutter station as large as a stadium with over 400 employees and it would generate wood in the tens of thousands per hour even if it has just one tree inside the whole area. same with the mines. Don't think much about it.

  • You can also trade with any other polity you are around after building Export and Import depots and if it is just you, you can trade with any fantasy nation/Kingdom in fiction. You have to buy things from them as you sell things. Don't think about how they are getting your goods are how they are sending their own goods.

  • You can build train and equip your citizens into soldiers and go out and conquer other kingdoms or raid them for slaves and resources.

  • Special note if capture slaves have magic then after capturing 50 of them would allow you to research said magic and apply it to all your other citizens and slaves to turn them magical, this applies to technologies as capturing and enslaving 50 of an advance faction and capturing more would allow you to research and unlock the technologies that the faction has.

  • Alternatively capturing 20 of them and breeding them to raise them up to 50 would satisfy the unlock option as well. Eg, Capturing 20 High Elves from the World of Azeroth and breeding them till they are 50 more High Elves would allow you to unlock all the technologies and magic available to the High Elves including any of the playable classes. Also if you capture 20 citizens of the UNSC or System Alliance and breed them to 50 you will be able to research all the technology available to the UNSC and System Alliance. Works even if all the captured slaves are women, do not think much about the logistics.

  • If a magic system or technology requires some unobtanium or special element can build special workshops that would turn rocks into said special element, said element can also be then be planted into ground to be later mined using mines. Yes this is broken and i don't care.

  • Laboratories are special building which generate research points that can be spent on improving technologies and unlocking new technologies. But research points degrade if not used with the rate of degradation increasing the more technologies are there with if the research going into the negative giving a flat -10% bonus to all tech, increasing -10% per 50% of the total research points in negative. Eg: The total technologies cost about 40'000 research points and degraded to -1 which gives a flat -10% and then if it goes into -20'000 it adds another -10% for a total of -20% efficiency and at -40'000 it adds another 10% for total of -30%.

  • Yes, this applies to magic and yes research points can be spent on improving magic spells and everything. This means that you can improve fireball to destroy a city but there is already a spell for that which is called Meteor and Meteor Storm, so researching in reducing mana cost of Meteor and Meteor Storm might be more efficient. And yes this applies to technology as well.

  • You can also research on how to reduce resource consumption and increasing output of all resource collection buildings and workshops which might result in a building with one employee churning out thousands of furniture using just one piece of wood or one woodcutter generating over a thousand tons of wood per hour from just one tree. Do no think about the mechanics of it.

  • Just in case you forget this applies to food production so yes a 1 square meter plot of land can output over a million bushels of wheat after the needed research.

  • You can also research to increase the loyalty of the Citizens, increase their lifespan to turn them into immortal beings and increase their strength to new heights as well as any racial bonuses.

  • Yes, you can also apply the research to apply to yourself and they are 10 times more effective.

  • This does mean that you would need to build more laboratories to outpace the rate of degradation and keep expanding to keep all researches going on but it is worth it as long as you keep those laboratories running.

  • You can activate the Developer mode which gives the developer menus for more shenanigans.

  • Finally you can select up to five other games that are either isometric, RTS, turn based games, 4X Strategy Games or any type of city builder/simulator or anything that makes you manage something like a colony, farm, prison etc and choose to import the mods from those which you can research to apply to your game. Choosing games with vast mod lists is recommended and no Skyrim and Fallout 3 and later are sadly not available as they are not isometric or city builders/simulators. Yes you can freely switch out the games from the list to add a different game but this would result in the mods of those games deactivating so be careful don't want that flying mod to deactivate in the middle now would we.
