AI summary
Gives you Yu Otosaka's [Plunder] from Charlotte, letting you take over someone's body for about five seconds — a limit that grows with time — and steal their powers, but without his glowing eyes and, crucially, without his loss of sanity and memory as the stolen powers accumulate, though you do inherit each power's own drawbacks. You also have a second, far more thorough method of plundering beyond merely controlling the living, and — like Jacob Carter — the ability to travel to any place you have plundered or intend to plunder, drawn there by whatever or whoever it holds that you want. You may optionally take a Count in the manner of Plunderer, a number somewhere on your body tallying how often you have performed a given action, and your powers can never be suppressed, stolen, blocked or drained: you are the power stealer, and nothing you have claimed can be taken from you.

Description
The Essence of [Plunder] grants you several abilities that are related to Plundering.
Effects
6Like Yu Otasaka from Charlotte, you gain the [Plunder] ability, which allows you to take over someone's body for approximately five seconds, though this limit will grow with time. Upon reaching your limit or voluntarily ejecting yourself from someone's body, you pull any powers or abilities back with you into yourself. NOTE: This only applies to powers with a genetic expression. For powers that explicitly or implicitly don't come from a genetic source, see the rest of the essence.
Unlike Yu, your eyes don't glow when you use your powers, and you don't suffer Yu's drawbacks, namely the loss of sanity and memories as you take more powers. You do, however, retain any drawbacks and limitations of the powers you steal, though as you practice with them, you'll find that all of your powers grow, first by lessening or even removing drawbacks, and then by pushing limitations further and further.
Unlike Yu Otasaka, you have a second method of [Plunder], one much more… thorough. While [Plunder] allows you to control the living for a short time, and even steal any genetic powers they may have, [Drain] is for the dead. With it, you may plunder anything of worth from the deceased, wealth, strength, power, and if you're willing… Their very identity. [Drain] is the combination of a number of abilities from across the Omniverse, Steal, Drain, Plunder, Necromancy, Necroscopy, if an ability sounds like it could be connected to [Drain], it probably is, if not in full, then at least in part.
Like Jacob Carter, you have been granted an ability to travel to places that you've plundered or plan to plunder from. If a location has something of worth to you, something you want, or even someone… You can go there, as easy as blinking. This ability to traverse worlds disregards physical, magical, or even divine protections. Nothing can stop you from going to a macguffin or a waifu, though this doesn't offer any protections from being noticed, so be careful!
Additionally, Like in 'Plunderer' you may have a 'Count' which is a number somewhere on your body which records the number of times you've performed an action/event. If you choose you may also receive a 'Ballot' which can be powered by your 'Count' to empower you in battle and even grant certain supernatural powers. You may choose the specifics of your 'Count' and 'Ballot', but be aware there may be unintended consequences for creating too strong a 'Ballot' or choosing a 'Count' that rises too fast. Fanwank responsibly.
Powers or Abilities you have cannot be suppressed, stolen, blocked, or drained in any way. You are the power stealer, and no one can take what you've claimed as yours.
