• This mastery extends to the forces exerted on these atoms, granting you an almost limitless repertoire of telekinetic abilities. You can effortlessly compress massive cities into hyper-dense cubes, lift entire countries and launch them into orbit, shatter continental shelves, or unleash concussive blasts with the power of millions of atomic bombs.

• Your telekinesis can be scaled to cover vast areas or concentrated to a pinpoint, enabling catastrophic destruction with surgical precision. On a micro scale, you can snuff out a life by pinching a vein in someone's brain or splitting one of their atoms, causing a chain reaction that obliterates everything in the vicinity.

• Your telekinesis can also be applied to yourself, allowing you to increase your strength enough to destroy a continent with a casual punch and to withstand satellite (Moon)-level attacks at point-blank range with ease. This power enables you to achieve flight and move at 10% of the speed of light. You maintain complete control over your surroundings during these high-speed movements, nullifying air friction and heat entirely. Even if your body were destroyed, you could instantly reassemble it, holding the pieces together telekinetically.

• Your atomic manipulation goes beyond mere brute force, enabling large-scale transmutation of matter. You can reconfigure oxygen molecules to turn the air in an entire city into toxic gas, transform solid ground into water or acid beneath an army's feet, create massive constructs out of thin air, or disintegrate objects entirely with a single thought. • You can use all kinds of telekinetic powers you can think of. However, there are two things to note about your Essence:

• The first is a limit. your hyper-fine control stops at organic, living matter. You are not capable of infusing life into the things you create, nor transmute living organisms or manipulate them telekinetically on a scale that would allow you to perform actual biokinesis, such as altering their DNA. This limit seems to be hard-coded within your power, and is impossible to circumvent, no matter what.

• Second, your brain is no longer made of flesh; instead, it has crystallized. It now serves as the source of your powers, but also as your sole vulnerability. However, it is encased in countless overlapping layers of ultra-dense telekinetic and gravitational shields. These defenses can withstand a collapsing black hole at point-blank range without faltering. Should you deem it necessary, you can reallocate additional power to reinforce these shields, elevating their durability to an even greater level.

• Finally, you possess an innate sensory awareness of every material within your range. The closer it is, the more precise your perception. Within the same country, you can detect and track the movement of individual dust particles, down to the atomic scale. At the border of a continent, you can sense the presence of individuals but lack the resolution to distinguish fine details like faces or body shapes. At the far edge of a planet, you would still detect major events like earthquakes or storms, but finer phenomena would remain beyond your perception.

• As you gain experience and become more attuned to this Essence, you can elevate its power to greater levels. Once it reaches a cosmic scale, you are essentially considered a god. You can control all the fundamental forces that create the universe. Creating stars or terraforming a planet becomes effortless; hand rub galaxies or even creating something from nothing is simple for you. All your previous abilities also advance to the next level. Now, you can move at the speed of light. Your brain can withstand the destruction of the universe without faltering. Your manipulation of matter and energy extends to the sub-atomic level.

• This is just the beginning. As you reach higher levels, such as the planar level, the creation of the universe becomes merely another task. The primary ability at this stage is controlling individual atoms throughout the universe. With this power, you can manipulate time and space, as well as influence fate and destiny—for example, stopping time by snapping your fingers or manipulating galaxies to create your desired forms. At this level, your brain can withstand multiverse destruction. Your control over matter and energy extends to the quantum scale.

• Next is the Infinite level, where creating a multiverse is just the tip of the iceberg. This level involves dimensional manipulation, such as accessing or utilizing higher-dimensional matter and energy, gaining limited omniscience through higher dimensions, or trapping someone within a lower dimension.
