Opening this stainless-steel phial reveals a gritty grey fluid. It tastes of iron, charcoal, and violence. Drinking it, you gain many benefits:

• An utterly unbreakable will.

• A limitless capacity for technological augmentation.

• An instinctual understanding of combat that borders on the supernatural.

• Gain adept knowledge and skill of Panzerfaust, the Tank Fist, a melee style designed for cyberforms fighting other cyberforms. Through correct application of Rotation and Vibration, you can shatter advanced alloys and composites with your blows, and utterly obliterate mortal meat. While you do not obtain instant mastery with this essence, you have the potential to develop it into seemingly impossible feats of vibrational force-manipulation, like redirecting the kinetic energy of blows that hit you, or moving with complete silence by perfectly canceling out all the vibrations you'd otherwise generate.

• Gain the ability to safely use Panzerfaust even if you aren't borged out yourself.

• The ability to sleep perfectly well in a seated position.

• Ownership of an extremely durable metal bench. If ever lost, stolen, or somehow destroyed, you will never find it difficult or time-consuming to acquire another.

• Optionally, you may receive the backing of, and employment to, a top-tier Megacorporation, or similarly wealthy and influential political entity.

• Optionally, you may receive a full-body cyborg conversion, packing all of your essential organs (Brain and a few glands, really) in a life-support pod which can be used to pilot various full-body cybernetic frames. By default, receive alongside this conversion an Alpha frame, a heavy-duty but still mostly human-scale work and combat frame.

• Optionally, you may receive a Gemini frame in your idealized human likeness, a cyberform designed to allow its user to experience all the joys of the human experience just as well as (if not better than) their original meat.

• Optionally, you may receive ownership of a heavily upgraded Dragoon combat frame like Smasher's own "daily driver." The Dragoon outclasses anything short of true APCA in terms of strength, speed, and durability, and includes a suite of extra senses fit to drive a normal man utterly insane without drugging them to the gills.

• Optionally, all cyberforms and weapons you own may be made self-maintaining and self-repairing. Otherwise, you may receive the tools and skills necessary to perform such maintenance yourself.

• Optionally, your biopod may be made completely indestructible and self-sustaining.
