Essence ofNioh

By drinking this Essence, you gain the following benefits:

• A one-time full-body resculpt.

• You have become a half yokai similar to Hide granting you physical attributes far greater than any human could ever obtain. As a yokai you gain many abilities the main one being the ability to take on a yokai form, you may either design your own form or leave it up to fate. Unlike the games, your transformations have no time limit.

• You gain the ability to gain the forms of other Yokai either by killing them and absorbing their essence or by befriending them. You are not limited when it comes to which forms you can take. This ability also works on creatures that are similar to Yokai, so monsters and demons are valid and so are other similar creatures.

• You gain the ability to instead of taking on a Yokai’s form you may take on their abilities and physical attributes(strength, speed, intelligence, etc) in either your human or Yokai form. This also allows you to take on a part of the yokai’s form such as growing a pair of wings from a Tengu.

• Optionally you may receive the forms and or powers of any Yokai shown or mentioned within the Nioh games.

• Unlike other yokai, you are immune to the corruptive effects that amrita can have.

• You gain immense talent in any and all weapons and have mastery over all Japanese weapons from the start.

• You receive any and all of the starting weapons from either Nioh game, These weapons will grow with you becoming stronger the more they are used and the more blood they shed. These weapons are indestructible and cannot be stolen and if they are lost they will reappear either on your person or in your pocket dimension if you have one.

• You receive your own guardian spirit, a loyal spirit that takes the form of some sort of animal that will follow you around and can empower you, help you fight, or fuse with your weapons to empower it. You may design your spirit or leave it up to fate. By default your spirit will begin at the same strength level as Ame no Mitori, Kagewani and Makami.

• Unlike the games your spirit weapon does not have a time limit.

• Your spirit will grow in strength alongside you.

• Your spirit is completely loyal and will never betray you, they are unable to be stolen from you and if lost will reappear next to you.

• You can gain new spirits by either Killing someone with a guardian spirit or by befriending them.

• Optionally you may choose to have any spirits shown in either Nioh game already bound to you alongside your own spirit.

• You have become a skilled Ninja with natural talent that surpasses even Hattori Hanzo, you will start out at the same level William and Hide started at when they first began learning Ninjutsu, and as you gain experience you may enter a pocket dimension dojo where the greatest ninja of history will be and who will train you further.

• You will have unlimited amounts of ninja tools and your more mystical Ninjutsu will work off of mana instead of items.

• You are now skilled in subterfuge, sabotage, assassination and all other skills a ninja would need.

• You become an Onmyoji with talent far surpassing even Ame No Seimei. You will start out at the same level William and Hide started at when they first began learning Onmyodo. As you progress and gain experience you may enter a pocket dimension temple where the greatest Onmyoji of history will be and who will train you further.

• You will have unlimited amounts of Onmyoji tools and all of your spells will work off of mana instead of having a set amount of casts per spell.

• You are now skilled in astronomy, divination and all other skills an Onmyoji would need.

• You gain the ability to use Amrita to empower yourself the same way the player character does in Nioh however unlike the games there are no caps on your stats and you can level them as much as you wish. You can gain Amrita by defeating enemies, whether you have made your current world populated my Amrita does not matter as you will still receive it from fallen enemies.

• You may grant others the ability to gain and level up with Amrita. By default, they will be limited to 999 for all stats but you may remove that limit from those you choose if you wish.

• Now the strongest power any soul-like protagonist has... Immortality!, or well, kind of, you can still die but whenever you do you will reappear in a safe place you've been to (usually your home), you can choose if you go back in time when you revive or if you simply reappear at a safe space with little time passing. If you choose the time travel choice you will not lose any strength you have gained nor will you lose all of your amrita.

• You may at any time have your current world be populated by yokai and other mythical creatures, this can either be done proactively or retroactively which is up to you.

• You may at any time have your current world be populated by Amrita, this can be done either proactively or retroactively which is up to you.

• You may at any time have your current world be populated by guardian spirits who will bind to people and families who fit the spirit or the spirit likes.

• Optionally you may choose to receive any of the following people as your companions. You can pick as many as you want. The relationship between you and them is whatever you want it to be, and you can choose exactly how romantically and sexually experienced they are. This can be different for each of the characters but they will all be irrevocably loyal to you.

• Hide.

• Yuki-Onna.

• Mumyo.

• Any other character from Nioh.

• Optionally, you may at any time choose to take a one-way trip into the world of Nioh, or a variation of it. This can be any alternate universe, like a fanfic or one made perfectly for yourself. You can either simply be dropped in or reincarnated into the body of an existing character or someone new.
