Essence ofAutonomous Ultra Instinct

By drinking this Essence, you gain instinctual usage and eventual mastery of yourself beyond the comprehension of most, even many of the vaunted 'divine'.

• Autonomous Ultra Instinct, or rather "The Secret of the Self-centered", is a very rare and highly advanced mental state that is considered the "absolute peak" for those who master martial arts. It effectively allows for each part of the user's body to think and move independently of all the other parts, as opposed to how a person normally has to think about their movements beforehand and let the command travel from the brain and through the nervous system, a sequence which wastes precious fighting time, as command signals only travel through the nerves so fast even when enhanced by supernatural energies like Ki. With each part of the body able to think and act on its own, the user of this technique is able to automatically react to any situation or threat with the perfect move with perfect timing. They don't even need to acknowledge the threat; meaning the user can still fight effectively, even if they are focusing on something else.

• Thanks to this Essence you have gained a supernatural inclination towards this technique and innate knowledge of how to further your usage of it until you master it completely. This has changed your body to the absolute peak of your species in every category, even the aspects you normally need to be born with good genes to have. Your body is built for utilizing Ultra Instinct and as such you suffer less drawbacks for using the technique, even if you access the transformation aspect of it. This culminates in you having great control over your body, to a level that someone trying to manipulate your body through something like blood manipulation will feel like they're trying to spin the universe. Only the best can control you and even then, if your will is strong then they too will falter.

• Your mind and spirit are also under your control, able to be calmed at will and with training you they will stay calm indefinitely. This greatly enhances your will power and allows you to better resist and overcome attempts to control you whether it is through mental, soul or even existence manipulation. Another side effect of this is perfect control over any supernatural energy you have, if you had Ki from Dragon Ball then you would naturally end up turning your normal Ki into God Ki or have both at the same time and have great skill in sensing others.

• You also have extreme talent for martial arts now, being able to master an entire fighting style in a week to a month depending on how much you push yourself. Your mind and body have been refined for combat to such a degree that even if you had never even thrown a punch in your life you will be able to 'feel' the correct way to use your body in combat, giving others the impression you are a master of combat. When truly trained you will be beyond mortals and most 'gods' with only the upper echelons of divinity able to match or surpass your skill.

• Should you desire, you now have the supernatural energy known as "Ki" from the Dragon Ball franchise which works well with Ultra Instinct. This is optional and can be taken at anytime even if you initially don't want it. However, once you have it there is no going back and you can never lose your Ki. Fortunately thanks to your innate skill you will be able to balance the three aspects of Ki Genki ("Vigor"), Yūki ("Courage") and Shōki ("Right-mindedness") easily enough as long as you do the required training.

• If you take the option to gain Ki, you will be implanted with a mental library of how to train it and use it to the best effectiveness. You are also given the ability to grant it to others, even if you have yet to accept it yourself.

• You are able to have your Ki subsume any other supernatural energy you come into contact with or gain to acquire their properties. While Ki itself is versatile, it is hard to use it for 'hax' techniques so this ability will allow you to cheat by giving your Ki additional properties.

• Despite being a technique, Ultra Instinct can also act as a transformation though the changes are minor and depend on your skill. Due note however that Ultra Instinct does not INCREASE your power in the classical sense but allows you to use said power effectively to the point you can punch above your weight class by being faster and more precise. Your skill continues to evolve and grow and while your strength may grow as you delve into your own hidden potential it is not an outright power boost. There are four stages to Ultra Instinct.

• Ultra Instinct - Skill: This is where you start, able to use it without fully drawing out your potential and as such it is all technique and mental state however someone sufficiently stronger than you can overcome your increased speed that empowers your dodging ability and attacks. You do not need to concentrate on keeping your spirit calm to use this stage, but you can be broken out of it if sufficiently surprised like being attacked with a very strong blow. It's easy to slip back into, however.

• Ultra Instinct Omen/Sign: In this state your irises may turn silver and your hair, if you have any, gain silver highlights while becoming more solid and slightly spiky. At this point you have broken through your "self-limiting shell" which allows you to fight at a higher level as you draw on your deeper potential. If you have Ki or any other supernatural energy you will gain a complex silver, purple and blue aura consisting of rippling, fire-like energy, complete with sparkling particles traveling upwards much like a Saiyan using their Super Saiyan God state. Your skill continues to increase in this form, and you will better apply your strength which allows you to fight above your usual level. However, in this state you have a hard time switching between offense and defense which may weaken your strikes or slow you down due to your mind being in the way of your body.

• Perfected Ultra Instinct: The completed state, mastery yet even then there are tiers to it. In this form you gain silver hair to join your aura and eyes though with your control the aura may or may not be present depending on what you desire. The "you" of this stage and the "you" of the Omen/Sign stage are like Heaven and Earth in comparison with your skill raising to such a level that it seems like your power took a massive increase, though don't be fooled you are getting stronger, just in the forma of becoming better as the battle goes on. If you have Ki while in this state then you will have near supreme control over it, able to form constructs like giant avatars of yourself if you want to. If you did not have God Ki somehow before you certainly will now or some Divine version of whatever energy source you have.

• "True" Ultra Instinct: This is an optional path for those unable to truly accept the aloofness that Perfected Ultra Instinct requires. It allows the use of emotion in the form, giving the appearance of Omen/Sign, while granting the enhanced ability above said form yet lower than Perfected Ultra Instinct, at least at first.

• Optionally, you can be granted an ability similar to "Saiyan Power" which is a genetic trait that continually lets a Saiyan recover faster and increase in performance against adversity, either by healing from great injuries or enduring great struggle in battle. With this you will get stronger the more you are pushed, with near death experiences granting you the greatest boost as your body imprints on the injuries and/or experiences and instantly learn from it. As it does, your mind and body adapt to the said struggles, allowing your instinctual methods and natural resistance to noticeably improve, which also increases your physical might and general efficiency as you recover, thereby lessening the chances of the problem happening again. Having God Ki will increase this explosively for you and unlike a Saiyan you do not plateau and have to suffer incremental increases after a point, your growth will always be high though only explosive when TRULY pushed to the limit.

• Should you somehow become a Saiyan then your Saiyan Power benefits from this ability similar to how the Saiyan Broly does from his unnatural levels of Saiyan power but at a consistent pace. As long as you survive to heal and fight another day your power will grow explosively, and your skill will rise at the same rate. You will even have the green "Full Powered Super Saiyan" form.

• Optionally, you have the ability known as "Pure Progress", which is like "Saiyan Power" but without passive growth. Pure Progress needs to be actively used to help you grow however it is a sign of immense potential and as such your potential is noted to be rather high if not outright endless. As long as you focus on your growth you will be able to continuously increase in fighting ability the longer you fight, similar to the Saiyans' natural battle potency. However, Pure Progress affects everyone differently, maybe your Ki will rise in amount as well as your strength and speed or maybe you will just be a quick learner and have greater talent for martial arts from before.

• If you have both Pure Progress and the Essence granted growth booster you will evolve as you fight on similar level to Son Gohan with extreme jumps in power and heightened skill instead of just power and raw instinct like with just enhanced growth.

• If you have both Pure Progress and the Essence enhanced granted growth booster while being a Saiyan you will be a Saiyan with growth beyond comprehension as just sensing the strength of someone stronger than you will kick in your growth to make your power passively rise while in their presence. Actual fighting will enhance you even further and being pushed to your limit will see you escalating to such a level you might explode with overloading power if you aren't careful.

• As a freebie, you gain "Perfect Healing", which allows you to heal perfectly no matter what. You don't heal faster than before but you will always eventually regenerate from any physical, mental or spiritual damage no matter how crippling.

• Optionally, this can extend to your entire existence, allowing you to return to life even if you were erased though such extensive efforts to destroy you will lead to you taking a very long time to return.
