Essence ofHaki

By consuming this color shifting Essence, you awaken the full breadth of your spirit to overcome any obstacle, even if it is reality itself. The three supreme disciplines of Haki now flow through your very being.

• You awaken your Haki, also known as "Ambition", "Presence", "Spirit", "Aura", and many more names. Haki originates from one's spirit, not your physical body and is a power that allows you or anyone you teach to utilize their spiritual energy for various purposes. Since Haki originates from an individual's spirit and not their physical body, you are still capable of using it even if your spirit is transferred into another body. You never find yourself running out of Haki as you possess limitless spiritual energy, enabling you to use all forms of Haki without rest and normal weaknesses such as being unable to sense non-living things unless it is in contact with a living being do not exist for you.

• Your potential for Haki is also limitless, meaning you can achieve farther than any master of Haki has ever conceived of. Use Armament Haki to harden the air, sense the very flow of time with Observation Haki, and/or alter reality by sheer willpower with Conqueror's Haki.

• As a side effect of gaining Haki your body has become greatly stronger as it is forced to match your overwhelming spirit. You completely outmatch even the peak of your species and have unlimited potential to grow even more through training. You have no limits and will not hit any soft caps, achieving continuous growth. However, combat and intense emotion will see your growth skyrocket as you push yourself beyond your limit, your attacks faster and stronger, your evasion quicker, and your defense stronger. Due to your immense spirit, you grow stronger even when not training, your power growing with time and actual training will allow you to achieve in months what others take years or decades to accomplish.

• Your instincts have been sharpened to a razor's edge, allowing you to fully utilize your body and senses in combat even if you have no idea what you're doing, even holding off master fighters through sheer intuition and your ability to learn and adapt. You pick up combat techniques exceptionally quickly, learning from every fight and improving with every fight without limit.

• Optionally, you will receive a spiritual imprint of any fighting styles from One Piece. This is ingrained into you so that you can perfectly utilize it even with your lack of combat experience.

• You can share any of the benefits of this Essence with those you teach/grant Haki, choosing which ones you wish to grant while training them in the use of Haki. Even choosing specific benefits are on the table like not granting them the same infinite spiritual energy as you have.

• Kenbunshoku Haki (Observation Haki): also known as Kenbun, Observation Haki, Color of Observation, or Mantra, provides you with a sort of sixth sense, allowing you to sense the presence of others even if they are concealed from view or too far away to see normally. Every living creature emits a "voice", and Kenbunshoku allows you to listen to that voice, providing you with abilities based on reading said voice. There are three main uses for Kenbunshoku Haki. One is reading the opponent's mind, by listening to their inner voice, allowing you to sense their next move. Another is grasping the positions of surrounding living objects without seeing them. With more skill and precision, you can sense the strength levels of opponents. The final ability is to sense the emotions of others, whether it be hidden sadness, anger, joy, or others. At its heights, your Kenbunshoku mastery grants you flashes of precognitive vision, allowing you to perceive strands of the immediate future. You can discern and counter actions before they occur.

• Initial Stage: You have the ability to turn your Observation Haki on and off but may accidentally activate it at inopportune times, flooding yourself with surrounding information such as the feelings of everyone around you. At this level you can sense everything within a couple meters, around a hundred or so, passively and more if you concentrate. You can sense most intent around you, see through low level illusions, sense the strength of people around you to a vague degree and even move while your other senses are impeded without too many accidents.

• Intermediate Stage: At this stage you are able to use all the capabilities of Kenbunshoku Haki. You can read minds whenever you choose and can hear the inner voices of others whenever you wish, seeing their spirits/souls even through obstructions. You can read the intent of attacks from others, allowing you to easily dodge. You can substitute for lost senses, feel the hidden emotions of others around you to a much higher degree, sense the strength of people within your range and have occasional premonitions of the future. You will also be able to extend your range to several kilometers, at least ten or so.

• Advanced Stage: You have broken through and risen above mediocrity at this stage, going far beyond what is typically seen with Kenbunshoku Haki, even being capable of keeping it on 24/7 without strain. You can read the pattern in someone's movements no matter how minute from fidgeting to breathing or their attacks as well as sensing how they will react to your own actions. You can read intentions to such a level that you can have a near perfect understanding of others or the world itself. At this stage, seeing into the future is possible though only seconds at the start.

• Beyond Advanced Stage: An unpredictable stage though somewhat known. At this point you have gained the vaunted "Voice of All Things". It's been believed that all things in existence have a "voice", a form of messages conveyed by people, animals, and inanimate objects. This allows them to convey their thoughts and communicate without the need for physical methods like speaking or writing. A rare few can hear these "voices", and an even rarer few can hear the voices of all three. You are one of these rare few, able to hear and understand the voices of those near you. This allows supreme prediction as even the unconscious thought or intent can be read, even your opponent was in a flow state their intent will be loud and clear to you.

• Busoshoku Haki (Armament Haki): also known as Buso, Armament Haki, Color of Armaments, or Ryuo, allows you to manipulate your own spiritual energy to create an invisible armor around yourself in order to amplify your strength and durability. This color of Haki is the direct counter to supernatural abilities, allowing you to harm intangible enemies and those with special blunt force-negating bodies, negate resistances, and even resist supernatural abilities trying to affect you. Should your Haki grow potent enough it may even 'stain' your opponent to slow down or stop them from healing. It grows in strength as your Haki grows in potency and more potent Buso allows you to affect those who can resist abilities from weaker Buso users. It can be used while unconscious if trained sufficiently.

• Initial Stage: At this stage you can use Busoshoku Haki at its basic levels, where you can strengthen your body by covering yourself with the invisible armor. You can generate this armor and utilize its ability to resist supernatural powers, most notably being able to touch the immaterial such as ghosts. Unlike the other forms of Haki, this is easier to control, and you will not have to worry about accidentally activating it.

• Intermediate Stage: You have reached this stage when you are capable of utilizing "Busoshoku: Koka", also known as "Hardening" which makes the invisible armor now visible, and it covers you in a black colored coating which is much more potent than the invisible Haki. You can imbue Hardening into other objects, like swords, bullets, and even bamboo sticks and other supernatural abilities. There isn't a limit to what you can use Hardening on as you can even turn incredibly weak things into very strong weapons, like a bamboo stick into a deadly weapon, or giving regular arrows the power to break through stone. If a projectile weapon is imbued with Haki, the projectile will remain hardened even after it is launched away from your body. The pinnacle of this is coating it all over your entire body, which is a rare skill. Continuous use of Hardening on an object will eventually 'forge' it permanently black which increases its durability and passively grants the properties of Armament Haki to it.

• Advanced Stage: When at this level, not only are your previous skills even stronger but you can project Busoshoku from beyond just the usual skin level. This can be used to physically attack people with close ranged attacks without making direct contact, can be thrown forwards like an invisible energy blast, and can be used to deflect or at least block the force of attacks. This energy penetrates all forms of intangibility, allowing you to destroy ghosts, phantoms and other ethereal entities. When used at the level of Hardening, it is no longer invisible but many times stronger.

• Beyond Advanced Stage: Taking Busoshoku Haki to the next level allows you to inject Haki into something, leading to its destruction from the inside, which can be done by touching, grabbing, or even emitting Haki toward the target. It wrecks tremendous amounts of internal damage to the victim or just straights up obliterate them if you are strong enough.

• Haoshoku Haki (Conqueror's Haki): also known as Hao, Conqueror's Haki, or Color of the Supreme King, is the rarest of the three types of Haki, as only one in several million people are born with this type of haki. Unlike the other two Haki types, Haoshoku cannot be gained or improved through training. One is either born with it, or they are not. However, thanks to this Essence not only do you have it, but you can teach it to others, something that is normally impossible. Conqueror's Haki grows by strengthening your mind and body, thereby increasing the potency of your Haoshoku. It can also be used while unconscious if trained well.

• Initial Stage: At first you will not be able to properly control it without great strain or intense emotions/stress, tiring you out a bit if you force it but not so much if done through being pushed through stress. You will not be able to properly target it or control your range at this level, attacking all around you indiscriminately. Those affected by your Haoshoku fall unconscious.

• Intermediate Stage: Here is where you reach precise control, able to use Haoshoku at will without feeling tired unless abusing it for long battles. You can control who it affects, how far, how fast as well as the intensity of it whether you just want to intimidate or straight up knock someone out. Shockwaves can even be created through Haoshoku. When clashing with someone else using Haoshoku or a similar ability, streaks of black lightning are created, and irreparable damage can be done to the environment.

• Advanced Stage: A level rarely reached, where you will be able to infuse your Haoshoku Haki into your abilities, making them many times stronger. The shockwaves produced are much more potent, allowing you to do ridiculous things such as splitting the sky and push clouds away from the pressure of your Conqueror's Haki alone. Your anger along could cause the area to become cloudy and dark due to your advanced Haoshoku. Pressure from your Haki is potent enough to where you can destroy your surroundings just by shooting your Haki out, even without needing to clash with someone else. The domination effect is passive, allowing you to knock out weak willed enemies in your surroundings without you even knowing just by infusing Haoshoku int your weapons. Further potent emotions allow your Haki to grow in strength.

• Beyond Advanced Stage: At this point your supreme mastery finally allows you to generate an impenetrable shroud around your soul that blinds all extrasensory perception. Even the greatest seers are left staring sightless at an impenetrable shroud when you obscure yourself.

• You receive an internal library of information about the best ways to train in Haki, allowing even the most talentless weakling to reach Intermediate within 6 months to a year of training based on the effort being put in. This internal library cannot be forgotten or stolen as it is stored within your soul. You access it through your thoughts though can print the information onto anything with a touch or wave of Haki, even imprinting it on someone's soul if you don't have the time to teach them personally. You can destroy the copy remotely at any time.

• Those who possess Conqueror's Haki are said to have the "qualities of a king", essentially the disposition to stand above all others. And right now, nobody embodies that more than you as you possess immunity to any and all attempts to control you. Mind control, possession, manipulation, even fate has no hold on you as you bow to no one. Even things like fear and madness have no grip on your mind, allowing you to stare into the very void itself and not flinch. Your powers are your own and apart of you, following you through reincarnation or being put into another body, making sure you never lose your progress. (Yes, if you have the strength to crush an island open as an adult then die and are reborn as a baby you will still have that island destroying power.) Your power cannot be stolen in any way and can only be copied if you allow it.

• Optionally, you gain a weapon or weapons on par with the Supreme Grade Swords that is perfectly fit for you, along with a mental download of a fighting style also made for you with your abilities, even other powers beyond this Essence, in mind.

• Optionally, you may be given the ability to travel to and from the world of One Piece at any time, so if you're not sure now you can gain the ability later.
