Essence of theMonarch's Arm

A goblet shaped like a fist is given to you, inside is a swirling cyan liquid that lets off…pixels? Upon drinking this Essence your dominant arm (from fingers to elbow or to even shoulder if you wish) becomes a crystalline construct of metaphysical energy that’s exists in all dimensions yet none. If you are ambidextrous then it will be your right arm that is changed, if said arm is missing then you will regrow/gain a right arm in the shape of the Monarch’s Arm. The typical form of this arm is that of a highly advanced technological beastly looking limb made of crystal, but you can change this upon drinking the Essence.

• The Monarch’s Arm grants the generation of cosmic energy that can be used to generate phenomena with a gesture, the more skilled you are the less gestures you need to do. While capable of practically anything this hand works better with organic/spiritual material, warping it, creating it or even destroying it. From spawning new loyal creatures, plants, creating spirits, making living weapons and granting cybernetic life souls and much more is possible as you learn more about shaping life itself. The bearer is also instinctively skilled at using psionic abilities through this cosmic energy. Their power starts at being able to affect entire cities.

• The color/look of this energy is customizable.

• Having the Monarch’s Arm grants the bearer greatly enhanced physique and senses that does not obey physical laws unless they wish to. Strong enough to punch battle ships and skyscrapers to dust without bursting eardrums and dusting nearby civilians, fast enough to keep up with the fastest fighter jets while speed walking without burning the earth or producing shockwaves, tough enough to tank a city destroying attack and just feel itch and flexibility so good it seems like the bearer have no bones. The senses, as mentioned before, are also greatly enhanced, to handle the enhanced speed, see/track a specific fly across a city, hear everything within a bustling metropolis and smell scents better than any animal. These can all be controlled so they won’t impede the bearer though their supernatural resilience makes things like loud sounds unable to hurt them even if they have their hearing at max settings while a bomb goes off right next to it.

• The bearer also gains highly advanced regeneration, able to produce organic matter from nothing to repair damage and with training they can control this with the Monarch’s Arm to become adaptive regeneration that is customizable to the user.

• The Monarch’s Arm also grants the ability to create spectral copies of the arm that can be mentally controlled or made autonomous and will follow the spirit of the bearer’s commands. These arms have all of the bearer’s powers and can form spectral bodies to become full loyal clones if needed. They can also temporarily meld with the bearer to enhance their physical might or with each other to boost them.

• The bearer of the Monarch’s Arm gains a mighty charismatic aura that does not control but makes others listen, along with the instinct of what effects their words and actions will have on others. They will gain skill at leading armies, ensuring loyalty through trust and meeting the needs of those they command.

• Due to the Monarch’s Arm’s strange existence, it can interact with space time as if it was a physical object, allowing things like physically tearing a hole in space-time, negating power negation by ‘grabbing’ it and crushing it as well as fending off other such abilities that try to affect the Arm like copying, leeching, suppression and more. Of course, the bearer is granted the ability to sense and see things on this level which grants their mind immunity to even the most eldritch and mind breaking things to exist and comprehend reality on such a level they’re able to understand then replicate advanced technology at a glance.
