You may receive Kurourushi's signature weapon, the festering life blade which can shoot out cockroach eggs like a gun and when hitting a target, causes the egg to hatch and eat their way out, flesh and cursed energy, same effect if cut by the blade.
You may generate and control a wide variety of cockroaches, which you may spawn and customize via Cursed Energy.
You may dodge death, by parthenogenesis, essentially asexual reproduction, practically cloning. You can do this as many times as you have Cursed Energy to power it and you can transfer all of you into any clone you made upon death. You may also use this to escape imprisonment and enslavement.
You may travel to and from the world of JJK, bringing with you anyone or thing you wish.
